Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Vedha IT (“we”, “us”) governing your use of vedha360.com and the Vedha360 apps (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy & Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are & where we offer the Service
Vedha360 is a devotional learning service operated by Vedha IT from India. We offer it in India and in a range of other countries. We do not offer or direct the Service to residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, Russia, or mainland China. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own location, and you may not use the Service where it is prohibited.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a subscription. Vedha360 is intended for adults; children’s content is meant to be read by a parent to a child.
3. Subscriptions, billing & renewals
- Free access includes the Bhagavad Gītā and a limited number of daily Ask Vedha questions.
- Premium unlocks the full library, all languages, audio, and higher limits. On the website, Premium is billed in India at ₹99/month or ₹999/year (via Razorpay). Outside India, subscribe in the Vedha360 mobile app, where the App Store or Google Play charges your local price and handles applicable taxes.
- Premium is an auto-renewing subscription that renews each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Web payments are processed by Razorpay; mobile purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by their terms. Taxes may apply based on your location.
- Except where required by applicable law (or by App Store / Play refund policies for mobile purchases), payments are non-refundable for periods already started.
4. Acceptable use
- Use Vedha360 for personal, lawful, devotional and educational purposes.
- Do not scrape, resell, redistribute, or republish our content, translations, or audio.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Do not upload content (including deity images) that you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes others’ rights. We screen uploads for safety and may remove content that violates these Terms.
5. Content & intellectual property
Original Sanskrit verses are in the public domain. English renderings, translations, summaries, audio, images, and software are © Vedha360 / Vedha IT and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Any content you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to store and display it back to you solely to provide the Service.
6. AI-assisted content
“Ask Vedha” and certain summaries are AI-assisted and intended for study and reflection. They are not a substitute for a qualified teacher, and not religious, medical, legal, or financial advice. AI responses may be incomplete or contain errors — please use your own judgement.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vedha IT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence give you additional rights that cannot be waived. For mobile purchases, the App Store / Play billing and dispute terms also apply.
9. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the Service; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Account → Privacy & data.
