Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how you can cancel a Vedha360 Premium subscription and when refunds apply. Vedha360 is a digital devotional service operated by Vedha IT. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.
1. Cancelling your subscription
- Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing on the website, or (for mobile purchases) from your Apple App Store / Google Play account.
- When you cancel, your subscription does not renew again and you are not charged for the next period.
- Your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; it is not cut off immediately on cancellation.
2. Refunds
- Vedha360 is a digital service delivered instantly, so subscription fees for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable. Cancelling stops future charges (see section 1).
- We will issue a full refund for a charge that is clearly a duplicate, an accidental/erroneous charge, or a charge resulting from a technical fault on our side.
- If you believe you are entitled to a refund for any other reason, contact us — we review such requests fairly and on a case-by-case basis, and will comply with any rights you have under applicable law.
- Free features (the Bhagavad Gītā and limited daily Ask Vedha) are always available at no cost.
3. How approved refunds are issued
Web payments are processed by Razorpay. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, normally within 5–7 business days (your bank may take a little longer to reflect it). Refunds are made in the original currency of the charge.
4. Purchases made through the mobile apps
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those stores are the merchant for that purchase. Cancellations and refunds for store purchases are governed by the store’s own policies, and refund requests must be made to Apple or Google directly.
5. How to request a cancellation or refund
