परा प्रत्यक्चितीरूपा पश्यन्ती परदेवता । मध्यमा वैखरीरूपा भक्तमानसहंसिका
She is the Supreme, the form of inner consciousness, the seer, the highest goddess; she is of the forms madhyama and vaikhari, and she is the swan dwelling in the minds of devotees.
कामेश्वरप्राणनाडी कृतज्ञा कामपूजिता । शृङ्गाररससम्पूर्णा जया जालन्धरस्थिता
She is the life-channel of Kameshvara, the knower of deeds, worshipped by Kama; she is filled with the essence of love, victorious, and established in Jalandhara.
ओड्याणपीठनिलया बिन्दुमण्डलवासिनी । रहोयागक्रमाराध्या रहस्तर्पणतर्पिता
She who dwells in the Oḍyāṇa seat, abiding in the circle of the bindu; worshipped through secret rites, and satisfied by offerings made in secret.
सद्यःप्रसादिनी विश्वसाक्षिणी साक्षिवर्जिता । षडङ्गदेवतायुक्ता षाड्गुण्यपरिपूरिता
She who grants grace instantly, the witness of the universe, yet beyond all witnesses; accompanied by the six-limbed deities, and fully endowed with the six divine qualities.
नित्यक्लिन्ना निरुपमा निर्वाणसुखदायिनी । नित्याषोडशिकारूपा श्रीकण्ठार्धशरीरिणी
She is ever tender, without equal, the bestower of the bliss of liberation; her form is the eternal sixteen, and she shares her body with Śrīkaṇṭha.
प्रभावती प्रभारूपा प्रसिद्धा परमेश्वरी । मूलप्रकृतिर् अव्यक्ता व्यक्ताव्यक्तस्वरूपिणी
She is radiant, of the nature of light, renowned, the supreme sovereign; she is the primal substance, unmanifest, and her essence is both manifest and unmanifest.
व्यापिनी विविधाकारा विद्याविद्यास्वरूपिणी । महाकामेशनयनकुमुदाह्लादकौमुदी
She who is all-pervading, of manifold forms, whose nature is both knowledge and ignorance; the moonlight that delights the water-lilies of the great Kāmeśa’s eyes.
भक्तहार्दतमोभेदभानुमद्भानुसन्ततिः । शिवदूती शिवाराध्या शिवमूर्तिः शिवङ्करी
She whose radiant line of light dispels the darkness in the hearts of devotees, like the sun; the messenger of Śiva, worshipped by Śiva, the embodiment of Śiva, and the bestower of auspiciousness.
शिवप्रिया शिवपरा शिष्टेष्टा शिष्टपूजिता । अप्रमेया स्वप्रकाशा मनोवाचामगोचरा
Beloved of Shiva, devoted to Shiva, cherished by the noble, worshipped by the noble; immeasurable, self-luminous, beyond the reach of mind and speech.
चिच्छक्तिश् चेतनारूपा जडशक्तिर् जडात्मिका । गायत्री व्याहृतिः सन्ध्या द्विजबृन्दनिषेविता
Embodiment of consciousness-power, of the form of sentience; possessor of inert power, of the nature of insentience; Gayatri, the sacred utterance, the twilight worship, attended by groups of twice-born.
तत्त्वासना तत्त्वमयी पञ्चकोशान्तरस्थिता । निःसीममहिमा नित्ययौवना मदशालिनी
She is seated in the essence of reality, composed of the very principles of existence, abiding within the five sheaths; her greatness is boundless, she is eternally youthful, and radiant with intoxicating splendor.
ओर् निस्सीम मदघूर्णितरक्ताक्षी मदपाटलगण्डभूः । चन्दनद्रवदिग्धाङ्गी चाम्पेयकुसुमप्रिया
Her limitless intoxication makes her red eyes sway; her cheeks are flushed with the glow of passion; her limbs are anointed with sandalwood paste, and she delights in champaka flowers.
कुशला कोमलाकारा कुरुकुल्ला कुलेश्वरी । कुलकुण्डालया कौलमार्गतत्परसेविता
She is skillful, of gentle form, Kurukulla, sovereign of the Kula; abiding in the Kulakunda, she is served with devotion by those dedicated to the Kaula path.
कुमारगणनाथाम्बा तुष्टिः पुष्टिर् मतिर् धृतिः । शान्तिः स्वस्तिमती कान्तिर् नन्दिनी विघ्ननाशिनी
She is the mother of Kumara and the hosts, satisfaction, nourishment, intelligence, steadfastness, peace, auspiciousness, radiance, delight, and the remover of obstacles.
तेजोवती त्रिनयना लोलाक्षीकामरूपिणी । मालिनी हंसिनी माता मलयाचलवासिनी
She is radiant, three-eyed, with rolling eyes, assuming forms at will; adorned with garlands, swan-like, the Mother, dwelling on Mount Malaya.
सुमुखी नलिनी सुभ्रूः शोभना सुरनायिका । कालकण्ठी कान्तिमती क्षोभिणी सूक्ष्मरूपिणी
She is fair-faced, lotus-like, with beautiful brows, splendid, leader of the gods; dark-throated, full of charm, stirring, and of subtle form.
वज्रेश्वरी वामदेवी वयोऽवस्थाविवर्जिता । सिद्धेश्वरी सिद्धविद्या सिद्धमाता यशस्विनी

She resides in the Viśuddhi chakra, is red in color, has three eyes, wields weapons such as the khaṭvāṅga, and possesses a single face.
पायसान्नप्रिया त्वक्स्था पशुलोकभयङ्करी । अमृतादिमहाशक्तिसंवृता डाकिनीश्वरी
She delights in offerings of milk and rice, abides in the skin, is terrifying to the world of animals; she is surrounded by the great powers such as Amrita, and is the sovereign of the Dakinis.
अनाहताब्जनिलया श्यामाभा वदनद्वया । दंष्ट्रोज्ज्वलाऽक्षमालादिधरा रुधिरसंस्थिता
She dwells in the lotus of the Anahata (heart), has a dark radiance, two faces, shining fangs, bears a rosary and other objects, and is established in blood.
कालरात्र्यादिशक्त्यौघवृता स्निग्धौदनप्रिया । महावीरेन्द्रवरदा राकिण्यम्बास्वरूपिणी
She is surrounded by hosts of powers such as Kālarātri; she delights in unctuous rice; she grants boons to great heroes; she is the very form of Mother Rākiṇī.
मणिपूराब्जनिलया वदनत्रयसंयुता । वज्रादिकायुधोपेता डामर्यादिभिरावृता
She resides in the lotus of the maṇipūra; she possesses three faces; she is endowed with weapons beginning with the thunderbolt; she is encircled by Ḍāmarī and others.
रक्तवर्णा मांसनिष्ठा गुडान्नप्रीतमानसा । समस्तभक्तसुखदा लाकिन्यम्बास्वरूपिणी
She is of red complexion, established in flesh, whose mind delights in offerings of jaggery and rice; she grants happiness to all devotees and is the very form of Mother Lākinī.
स्वाधिष्ठानाम्बुजगता चतुर्वक्त्रमनोहरा । शूलाद्यायुधसम्पन्ना पीतवर्णाऽतिगर्विता
Dwelling in the lotus of the svādhiṣṭhāna (sacral) center, enchanting with four faces, endowed with weapons such as the trident, she is of yellow hue and exceedingly proud.
मेदोनिष्ठा मधुप्रीता बन्धिन्यादिसमन्विता । दध्यन्नासक्तहृदया काकिनीरूपधारिणी
She abides in the region of fat, delights in sweetness, is accompanied by Bandhini and others; her heart is attached to curd and rice, and she assumes the form of Kākinī.
मूलाधाराम्बुजारूढा पञ्चवक्त्राऽस्थिसंस्थिता । अङ्कुशादिप्रहरणा वरदादिनिषेविता
She is enthroned on the lotus of the Mūlādhāra, possesses five faces, is established in bone; she wields the goad and other weapons, and is served by those who grant boons.
मुद्गौदनासक्तचित्ता साकिन्यम्बास्वरूपिणी । आज्ञाचक्राब्जनिलया शुक्लवर्णा षडानना
Her mind is attached to mung beans and rice; she is the very form of Mother Sākinī, residing in the lotus of the Ājñā chakra, white in color, and possessing six faces.
मज्जासंस्था हंसवतीमुख्यशक्तिसमन्विता । हरिद्रान्नैकरसिका हाकिनीरूपधारिणी
She dwells in the marrow, endowed with the chief power named Haṃsavatī; she delights exclusively in turmeric-flavored food, and assumes the form of Hākinī.
सहस्रदलपद्मस्था सर्ववर्णोपशोभिता । सर्वायुधधरा शुक्लसंस्थिता सर्वतोमुखी
She who abides upon the thousand-petaled lotus, adorned with all colors; bearing every weapon, established in purity, facing in all directions.
सर्वौदनप्रीतचित्ता याकिन्यम्बास्वरूपिणी । स्वाहा स्वधाऽमतिर् मेधा श्रुतिः स्मृतिर् अनुत्तमा
She whose mind delights in all offerings of food, who is the very form of Mother Yākinī; She is Svāhā, Svadhā, intelligence, wisdom, the Veda, memory, and unsurpassed.
