सत्यज्ञानानन्दरूपा सामरस्यपरायणा । कपर्दिनी कलामाला कामधुक् कामरूपिणी
She whose form is truth, knowledge, and bliss; who is devoted to perfect harmony; who is adorned with matted hair; who is garlanded with arts; who is the wish-fulfilling cow; who assumes the form of desire.
कलानिधिः काव्यकला रसज्ञा रसशेवधिः । पुष्टा पुरातना पूज्या पुष्करा पुष्करेक्षणा
She who is the treasury of arts; who is skilled in poetry; who knows the essence of taste; who is the repository of flavor; who is nourished; who is ancient; who is worthy of worship; who is like a lotus; who has lotus-like eyes.
परंज्योतिः परंधाम परमाणुः परात्परा । पाशहस्ता पाशहन्त्री परमन्त्रविभेदिनी
She is the supreme light, the highest abode, the subtlest atom, transcending even the transcendent; she holds the noose, destroys the noose, and breaks through the highest mantras.
मूर्ताऽमूर्ताऽनित्यतृप्ता मुनिमानसहंसिका । सत्यव्रता सत्यरूपा सर्वान्तर्यामिनी सती
She is both manifest and unmanifest, eternally fulfilled, the swan of the sages’ minds; she is devoted to truth, embodies truth, dwells within all, and is ever pure.
ब्रह्माणी ब्रह्मजननी बहुरूपा बुधार्चिता । प्रसवित्री प्रचण्डाऽऽज्ञा प्रतिष्ठा प्रकटाकृतिः
She who is the power of Brahma, the mother of Brahma, of many forms, worshipped by the wise; the creator, of fierce command, the foundation, manifest in form.
प्राणेश्वरी प्राणदात्री पञ्चाशत्पीठरूपिणी । विशृङ्खला विविक्तस्था वीरमाता वियत्प्रसूः
She who is the sovereign of life, the giver of life, whose form is the fifty seats; unrestrained, dwelling in solitude, mother of heroes, source of the sky.
मुकुन्दा मुक्तिनिलया मूलविग्रहरूपिणी । भावज्ञा भवरोगघ्नी भवचक्रप्रवर्तिनी
She is Mukunda, the abode of liberation, the primal form of the deity; knower of emotions, destroyer of worldly afflictions, and the one who sets the wheel of existence in motion.
छन्दःसारा शास्त्रसारा मन्त्रसारा तलोदरी । उदारकीर्तिर् उद्दामवैभवा वर्णरूपिणी
She is the essence of metrical hymns, the essence of scriptures, the essence of mantras, slender-waisted; renowned for her noble fame, possessing boundless splendor, and manifest as the forms of letters.
जन्ममृत्युजरातप्तजनविश्रान्तिदायिनी । सर्वोपनिषदुद्घुष्टा शान्त्यतीतकलात्मिका
She who grants repose to those afflicted by birth, death, and old age; She who is proclaimed by all Upanishads; She whose essence transcends peace.
गम्भीरा गगनान्तस्था गर्विता गानलोलुपा । कल्पनारहिता काष्ठाऽकान्ता कान्तार्धविग्रहा
She is profound; She abides in the expanse of the sky; She is proud; She delights in song; She is free from imagination; She is the ultimate state; She is beloved; She has a form that is half her consort.
कार्यकारणनिर्मुक्ता कामकेलितरङ्गिता । कनत्कनकताटङ्का लीलाविग्रहधारिणी
She is free from cause and effect, adorned with the waves of love's play; her earrings shine with gold, and she assumes a form for divine sport.
अजा क्षयविनिर्मुक्ता मुग्धा क्षिप्रप्रसादिनी । अन्तर्मुखसमाराध्या बहिर्मुखसुदुर्लभा
She is unborn, untouched by decay, charming, and quickly grants grace; she is worshipped by those who turn inward, and is difficult to attain for those who turn outward.
त्रयी त्रिवर्गनिलया त्रिस्था त्रिपुरमालिनी । निरामया निरालम्बा स्वात्मारामा सुधासृतिः
She is the embodiment of the three Vedas, the abode of the three aims of life, established in three realms, adorned with the three cities; free from disease, independent, delighting in her own self, and the stream of nectar.
ओर् सुधास्रुतिः संसारपङ्कनिर्मग्नसमुद्धरणपण्डिता । यज्ञप्रिया यज्ञकर्त्री यजमानस्वरूपिणी
She is the stream of nectar, the expert in rescuing those immersed in the mire of worldly existence; fond of sacrifices, the performer of sacrifices, and the very form of the sacrificer.
धर्माधारा धनाध्यक्षा धनधान्यविवर्धिनी । विप्रप्रिया विप्ररूपा विश्वभ्रमणकारिणी
She is the foundation of righteousness, the overseer of wealth, the increaser of riches and grain; she delights in Brahmins, assumes their form, and causes the movement of the universe.
विश्वग्रासा विद्रुमाभा वैष्णवी विष्णुरूपिणी । अयोनिर् योनिनिलया कूटस्था कुलरूपिणी
She devours the universe, shines like coral, is devoted to Vishnu, assumes the form of Vishnu; she is unborn, yet the abode of birth, unchanging, and embodies the lineage.
वीरगोष्ठीप्रिया वीरा नैष्कर्म्या नादरूपिणी । विज्ञानकलना कल्या विदग्धा बैन्दवासना
She delights in the assembly of heroes; she is heroic, established in actionless state, of the nature of sound; she is skilled in discernment, auspicious, clever, and seated in the bindu.
तत्त्वाधिका तत्त्वमयी तत्त्वमर्थस्वरूपिणी । सामगानप्रिया सौम्या सदाशिवकुटुम्बिनी
She surpasses the principles; she is composed of the principles; she is the essence of the meaning of the principles; she delights in the singing of the Sama Veda, is gentle, and is the consort of Sadashiva.
ओर् सोम्या सव्यापसव्यमार्गस्था सर्वापद्विनिवारिणी । स्वस्था स्वभावमधुरा धीरा धीरसमर्चिता
She is gentle, abiding in the paths both to the left and right, remover of all misfortunes; she is established in herself, naturally sweet, steadfast, and honored by the wise.
चैतन्यार्घ्यसमाराध्या चैतन्यकुसुमप्रिया । सदोदिता सदातुष्टा तरुणादित्यपाटला
She is worshipped with offerings of consciousness, fond of flowers of awareness; ever arisen, ever satisfied, radiant with the hue of the rising sun.
दक्षिणादक्षिणाराध्या दरस्मेरमुखाम्बुजा । कौलिनीकेवलाऽनर्घ्यकैवल्यपददायिनी
She is worshipped by both the right and left paths; her lotus-like face shines with a gentle smile. She is the Kaulini, unique and priceless, the giver of the state of absolute liberation.
स्तोत्रप्रिया स्तुतिमती श्रुतिसंस्तुतवैभवा । मनस्विनी मानवती महेशी मङ्गलाकृतिः
She delights in hymns; she is endowed with praise. Her glory is extolled by the Vedas. She is thoughtful, noble, supreme, and auspicious in form.
विश्वमाता जगद्धात्री विशालाक्षी विरागिणी । प्रगल्भा परमोदारा परामोदा मनोमयी
Mother of the universe, bearer of the world, wide-eyed, detached; bold, supremely generous, supremely joyful, composed of mind.
व्योमकेशी विमानस्था वज्रिणी वामकेश्वरी । पञ्चयज्ञप्रिया पञ्चप्रेतमञ्चाधिशायिनी
She whose hair is the sky, who dwells in the celestial abode, wielder of the thunderbolt, sovereign of the left-hand path; lover of the five sacrifices, reclining upon a couch of five corpses.
पञ्चमी पञ्चभूतेशी पञ्चसंख्योपचारिणी । शाश्वती शाश्वतैश्वर्या शर्मदा शम्भुमोहिनी
She who is the fifth; She who is the ruler of the five elements; She who is honored by the number five; She who is eternal; She whose sovereignty is everlasting; She who bestows happiness; She who deludes Śambhu (Śiva).
धरा धरसुता धन्या धर्मिणी धर्मवर्धिनी । लोकातीता गुणातीता सर्वातीता शमात्मिका
She who is the earth; She who is the daughter of the earth; She who is fortunate; She who is righteous; She who increases righteousness; She who transcends the worlds; She who transcends qualities; She who surpasses all; She whose essence is tranquility.
बन्धूककुसुमप्रख्या बाला लीलाविनोदिनी । सुमङ्गली सुखकरी सुवेषाढ्या सुवासिनी
She who resembles the blossom of the Bandhūka flower, the youthful one, delighting in play; the most auspicious, giver of happiness, adorned in splendid attire, fragrant with sweet scents.
सुवासिन्यर्चनप्रीताऽऽशोभना शुद्धमानसा । बिन्दुतर्पणसन्तुष्टा पूर्वजा त्रिपुराम्बिका
She who is pleased by the worship of fragrant women, radiant in beauty, pure in mind; satisfied by the offering of the bindu, born before all, the Mother of the Three Cities.
दशमुद्रासमाराध्या त्रिपुराश्रीवशङ्करी । ज्ञानमुद्रा ज्ञानगम्या ज्ञानज्ञेयस्वरूपिणी
She is worshipped through the ten sacred gestures; she is the sovereign of Tripura’s fortune and the controller of Shiva; she is the gesture of knowledge, attainable through knowledge, and her nature is both knowledge and the object to be known.
योनिमुद्रा त्रिखण्डेशी त्रिगुणाम्बा त्रिकोणगा । अनघाऽद्भुतचारित्रा वाञ्छितार्थप्रदायिनी
She is the gesture of the womb, the mistress of the three divisions, the mother of the three qualities, abiding in the triangle; she is flawless, of wondrous conduct, and the bestower of desired objects.
