Come to us, O Vāyu, for our great family, for festivity and glory; for we have made many offerings to you, even now, great offerings.
He who carries the wealth with horses, three times seven of the dawns; with these Somas, pressed and pure, O Soma-drinker, for giving, purified with shining clarity.
He who, even by himself, has given this splendid gift, for giving, for praise, for the Nahusha, for good deeds, for the better, for the wise.
He who, in the glorious hymn, O Vāyu, is radiant, butter-clad; driven by horses, by chariots, by dogs—this indeed is that.
Then, for the dear, for the generous, sixty thousand seats of horses, of stallions.
Like cows to the herd, the barren ones come to me, the barren ones come to me.
Then, when in the assembly the one with a hundred camels shouted, then among the white horses, twenty hundreds.
A hundred slaves, strong as Balbūthu, Viprastarukṣa gave; these people, O Vāyu, delight in you, the guardians of Indra rejoice, the guardians of the gods rejoice.
Then, indeed, a great and noble woman, facing forward, gains mastery over horses; adorned with gold, she is led away.
Great is your help, O mighty ones—Varuṇa, Mitra—for the worshipper; you Ādityas, protect from harm, so that no misfortune, no sin, may befall us—your aids, your gracious aids.

Spread your shelter over us, as wings, like birds that fly; all-knowing, all-protecting, we seek your coverings, O Ādityas—your aids, your gracious aids—free from sin.
From whom they have obtained dwelling and life, the wise ones; of the whole mind, indeed, O Ādityas, you are the lords of wealth—your aids, your gracious aids—free from sin.
Drive far from us, O charioteer, all evils and hardships, as one would a chariot; may we be in the protection of Indra, in the shelter of the Ādityas—your aids, your gracious aids—free from sin.
The people who are protected by you, who live by your gift, O gods, are truly blameless; you Ādityas, have granted this—your aids, your gracious aids—free from sin.
No sharp weapon, no blow, nor anything heavy can harm him; for whom, O Ādityas, you spread your shelter—your aids, your gracious aids—free from sin.
With you, O gods, we are as if in armor, fighting; you, great ones, keep us from sin, you protect even the child—your aids, your gracious aids—free from sin.
Let Aditi, like a mother, protect us widely; may she grant us shelter—she, the mother of Mitra, the splendid one of Aryaman and Varuṇa—your aids, your gracious aids—free from sin.
Whatever shelter, refuge, whatever good, whatever freedom from harm, whatever triple protection you gods possess, that do you bestow upon us—your aids, your gracious aids—free from sin.
O Ādityas, as one who is known from the bank, as a guide on the shore, lead us to a good crossing, as you would horses—your aids, your gracious aids—free from sin.
No good comes to the sorcerer here, neither in coming nor in going; but for the cow, the milch-cow, and the hero, there is good and fame—your aids, your gracious aids—free from sin.
Whatever open or hidden evil there is, O gods, whatever misdeed, place all that far from us for Trita to obtain—your aids, your gracious aids—free from sin.

Whatever evil dream is among the cows, whatever is among us, or the daughter of the sky, carry all that away for Trita, the bright one, for him to obtain—your aids, your gracious aids—free from sin.
Whether it be a necklace or a garland, O daughter of the sky, whatever evil dream there is, all that we hand over to Trita for him to obtain—your aids, your gracious aids—free from sin.

For food, for strength, for that share which is sought, for the third and the second—may your good aids, free from harm, carry away all evil dreams, may your good aids carry them away.
As we set aside a fragment, as we set aside a hoof, as we settle a debt, so may we set aside all evil dreams for attainment, by your good aids, free from harm, may your good aids carry them away.

We have conquered, we have sat down, we have become blameless; O Dawn, from whatever evil dream we were afraid, let that vanish—by your good aids, free from harm, may your good aids carry them away.
The wise, self-reliant ones have eaten of the sweetness of life, knowing the path of abundance; all the gods and mortals, speaking of sweetness, gather around him.
Within you, O Soma, is Aditi, the boundless, moving forward with the divine vigor; accepting the friendship of Indra, may you, like a herald, bring us wealth in succession.
We have become immortal by drinking the Soma; we have come to the light, we have found the gods. What now can hostility do to us? What, O immortal, can the malice of a mortal do?
