That exhilarating draught of yours, O Indra, most excellent, O slayer of Vṛtra, which you have taken with the skilled, which is unconquerable in battles—

He who is unconquerable, all-protecting, renowned in contests, victorious in battles—may you, most mighty, come to our Soma-pressing, O treasure-giver, so that we may reach the cattle-rich enclosure.

Sing forth with voice your praise to the heroic, wise Indra, delighting in the Soma, whose name is renowned, whose might is celebrated, as is fitting.
Grant us, O much-invoked, the gift for our person, grant wealth, grant victory in contests, O bestower of riches.
Of all the treasures, he is the unassailable lord; even the mighty are subject to his form—may he show us favor now, indeed.

For your great bounty, we sing praises to you, the generous, for the sake of gaining favor; with sacrifices and hymns, for all people, we invoke and sing to you, O Maruts, with reverence and voice.
They who cause the mountains to fall with their paths, these Maruts, with their roaring, accept the sacrifice, the great favor of the mighty, at the offering.
O most powerful Indra, shatter the schemes of the malicious; bring us fitting wealth, urging our thought, urging the highest thought.
He is the best provider, truly the best provider, fierce, splendid, most active in right speech; the victorious sovereign, the mighty, the supporter, the foremost in contests.
Let him come here, whoever, not a god, has seized the prize; as the horse-loving, widely famed, may he, by his own will, take up this radiance.

Come to us, O Vāyu, for our great family, for festivity and glory; for we have made many offerings to you, even now, great offerings.
He who carries the wealth with horses, three times seven of the dawns; with these Somas, pressed and pure, O Soma-drinker, for giving, purified with shining clarity.
He who, even by himself, has given this splendid gift, for giving, for praise, for the Nahusha, for good deeds, for the better, for the wise.
He who, in the glorious hymn, O Vāyu, is radiant, butter-clad; driven by horses, by chariots, by dogs—this indeed is that.
Then, for the dear, for the generous, sixty thousand seats of horses, of stallions.
Like cows to the herd, the barren ones come to me, the barren ones come to me.
Then, when in the assembly the one with a hundred camels shouted, then among the white horses, twenty hundreds.
A hundred slaves, strong as Balbūthu, Viprastarukṣa gave; these people, O Vāyu, delight in you, the guardians of Indra rejoice, the guardians of the gods rejoice.
Then, indeed, a great and noble woman, facing forward, gains mastery over horses; adorned with gold, she is led away.
Great is your help, O mighty ones—Varuṇa, Mitra—for the worshipper; you Ādityas, protect from harm, so that no misfortune, no sin, may befall us—your aids, your gracious aids.
