Grant us, O Ashvins, all blessings without delay; fulfill for us the rites, do not withhold your favor from us.
Wherever you are, O Nasatyas, whether far or in the sky, from there, O Ashvins, come with your chariot of a thousand courses.
To him, O Nasatyas, your seer, the calf, who has grown strong with songs, grant the thousandfold, ghee-flowing bounty.
Bestow upon him, O Ashvins, the ghee-flowing strength; to him who has rejoiced in your favor, O lords of gifts, who seeks wealth.
Come to us, O Ashvins, delighting in praise, you who enjoy much; grant us splendid gifts, O men, bestow upon us what is desired.
With all your aids, O Ashvins, Priyamedha has called you; O kings of the rituals, come to our invocations.
Come to us, O Ashvins, bringing joy and happiness; to him, your calf, who has grown strong with inspired thoughts and songs.
By which you protected Kanva, Medhatithi, by which you aided Vasha and Dashavraja, by which you helped Gosharya—by those, O men, protect us.
With those means by which, O men, you protected Trasadasyu in the contest for wealth, with those, O Ashvins, protect us now for the gaining of strength.
May your praises, your well-composed hymns, rise up, O Ashvins; you who are victorious over many foes, be for us greatly desired in many places.
Three steps of the Ashvins are manifest, others are hidden; the wise, by the paths of truth, reach beyond the living.
Now, O Ashvins, come for the help of the calf; grant him unfailing, wide protection, and drive away those who are hostile.
Whatever power is in the midspace, whatever is in heaven, whatever among men, bestow that strength, O Ashvins.
Those wise ones who have examined your wonders, O Ashvins, let them thus attend to the hymn of Kanva.
This hot drink is poured out for you, O Ashvins, with praise; this honeyed Soma, O givers of horses, with which you understood the foe.
Whatever of your power is in the waters, in the trees, or in the herbs, O Ashvins, with that protect us.
Whatever, O Nasatyas, you have as healing, or as divine physicians, this calf does not find you by thoughts alone, for you go to the one who offers.
Now the seer has composed a hymn for the Ashvins with devotion; let him pour the sweetest Soma, the hot drink, for Atharvan.
Now, O Ashvins, you mount the swiftly-turning chariot; these my praises rise up to you, as the sky does not fall away.
Whatever today, O Nasatyas, we may declare to you with praises, or with words, O Ashvins, so attend to the hymn of Kanva.
Whether Kakṣīvat, or Vyashva the seer, or Dīrghatamas invoked you, or whether Prithī the son of Vena in his dwellings, thus, O Ashvins, you become aware.
Come as givers of protection, and be our defenders; be guardians of the world and of our bodies; come for our offspring and descendants.
Whether you travel with Indra in one chariot, O Ashvins, or dwell together with Vāyu, or are united with the Ādityas and the Ṛbhus, or stand in the strides of Viṣṇu.
Today, O Ashvins, I call upon you for the gaining of strength; in battles, grant Turvaṇa your best aid.
Now come, O Ashvins, these offerings are set apart for you; these Somas are for Turvaśa, and when you delight in the Kanvas.
Whatever healing, O Nasatyas, is near or far, with that, O wise ones, grant protection now for our joy, and give shelter to the calf.
I have become abundant together with the divine speech of the Ashvins; the goddess spreads wisdom and favor among mortals.
Awaken, O Ashvins, O divine, O gracious ones, O mighty; awaken, O sacrificial officiants, for the great glory and joy.
When you go forth with radiance, shining together with the sun, then the chariot of the Ashvins travels the path of men.
When the portions are drunk, like cows yielding milk with their udders, or when the singers praise, then the Ashvins are worshipped by the divine.
