You have struck down the enemies, O Indra, like Mitra, you have urged on the eager, swift ones, O charioteer; those who, seeing Aryaman, seek alliance, you have, with your strength, brought offspring to the deserving.
The wise one, Indra, in the contest for the sun, gave the earth as a support for the Dāsa; the generous one, the mighty, made three shining gifts—do not, O destroyer of evil speech, grant a home to the malicious.

To him direct your songs, who alone among peoples is praised; whom, according to his nature, they approach, like barley, the bull who bestows.
In whose two hands are all the treasures of the five peoples; seek out him who is hostile to us, like a bolt from heaven, strike him down.
