गजानां बृंहितैः सार्धं हयानां ह्रेषितैरपि। रथानां नेमिनिर्घोषै रक्षसां वदनस्वनैः

Jambumālī, standing on his chariot and possessed of great strength, angrily pierced Hanūmān in the chest with a chariot-spear during the battle.
तस्य तं रथमास्थाय हनूमान् मारुतात्मजः। प्रममाथ तलेनाशु सह तेनैव रक्षसा
Hanūmān, son of the wind, mounted that chariot and swiftly crushed it, together with that rākṣasa, with the palm of his hand.
