दृष्टिघ्नाय नमश्चैव नमः सौम्येक्षणाय च। नमो धूम्राय श्वेताय कृष्णाय लोहिताय च ।। २४.
Salutations to the destroyer of sight, and also to the one with gentle eyes; salutations to the smoky, the white, the black, and the red one.
पिशिताय पिशङ्गाय पीताय च निषङ्गिणे। नमस्ते सविशेषाय निर्विशेषाय वै नमः ।। २४.
Salutations to the flesh-colored, the tawny, the yellow, and the armed one; salutations to the one with distinctions and to the one without distinctions.
नमो वै पझवर्णाय मृत्युघ्नाय च मृत्यवे । नमः श्यामाय गौराय कद्रवे रोहिताय च ।। २४.
Salutations to the one of various colors, to the destroyer of death and to death itself; salutations to the dark, the fair, the serpent-born, and the red one.
नमः कान्ताय सन्ध्याभ्रवर्णाय बहुरूपिणे। नमः कपालहस्ताय दिग्वस्त्राय कपर्द्दिने ।। २४.
Salutations to the beloved, to the one of twilight-cloud hue, to the one of many forms; salutations to the skull-bearing, the sky-clad, and the matted-haired one.
अप्रमेयाय शर्वाय ह्यवध्याय वराय च। पुरस्तात् पृष्ठतश्चैव बिभ्राणाय कृशानवे ।। २४.
Salutations to the immeasurable, to Sharva, to the invincible and the excellent; to the one who bears fire before and behind.
दुर्गाय महते चैव रोधाय कपिलाय च। अर्कप्रभशरीराय बलिने रंहसाय च ।। २४.
Salutations to the difficult to approach, to the great, to the obstructer, to the tawny one; to the one whose body shines like the sun, to the strong and the swift.
पिनाकिने प्रसिद्धाय स्फीताय प्रसृताय च। सुमेधसेऽक्षमालाय दिग्वासाय शिखण्डिने ।। २४.
Salutations to the wielder of Pinaka, to the renowned, the abundant, and the expansive; to the wise, the one with a rosary, the sky-clad, and the crested one.
चित्राय चित्रवर्णाय विचित्राय धराय च। चेकितानाय तुष्टाय नमस्त्वनिहिताय च ।। २४.
Salutations to the variegated, the one of many colors, the wondrous, and the supporter; to the intelligent, the content, and the hidden one.
नमः क्षान्ताय शान्ताय वज्रसंहननाय च। रक्षोघ्नाय मखघ्नाय शितिकण्ठोर्द्ध्वरेतसे ।। २४.
Salutations to the patient, the peaceful, the one with adamantine limbs; to the destroyer of demons, the destroyer of sacrifices, and the one with blue-throat and upward seed.
अरिहाय कृतान्ताय तिग्मायुधधराय च। समोदाय प्रमोदाय इरिणायैव ते नमः ।। २४.
Salutations to the slayer of enemies, to Death, to the bearer of sharp weapons; to the joyful, the delighted, and to you, the desert-dweller.
प्रणवप्रणवेशाय भक्तानां शर्मदाय च। मृगव्याधाय दक्षाय दक्षयज्ञहराय च ।। २४.
Salutations to the lord of the sacred syllable and its sound, to the giver of happiness to devotees; to the deer-hunter, the skilled, and the destroyer of Daksha's sacrifice.
सर्वभूताय भूताय सर्वेशातिशयाय च। पुरभेत्रे च शान्ताय सुगन्धाय वरेशवे ।। २४.
Salutations to the one who is all beings, who is being itself, who surpasses all lords; to the city-destroyer, the peaceful, the fragrant, and the excellent lord.
पुष्पवन्तस्वरुपाय भगनेत्रान्तकाय च । कणादाय वरिष्ठाय कामाङ्गदहनाय च ।। २४.
Salutations to the one whose form is adorned with flowers, to the destroyer of Bhaga's eye; to the atom, the most excellent, and the burner of desire's limbs.
रवेः करालचक्राय नागेन्द्रदमनाय च। दैत्यानामन्तकायाथो दिव्याक्रन्दकराय च ।। २४.
Salutations to the one with the fierce solar wheel, to the subduer of the serpent king; to the ender of demons and the cause of divine lamentation.
श्मशानरतिनित्याय नमस्त्र्यम्बकधारिणे। नमस्ते प्राणपालाय धवमालाधराय च ।। २४.
Salutations to the one who delights always in the cremation ground, to the bearer of three eyes; salutations to the protector of life and the wearer of the Dhava garland.
प्रहीणशोकैर्विविधैर्भूतैः परिष्टुताय च। नरनारीशरीराय देव्याः प्रियकराय च ।। २४.
Salutations to the one praised by various beings freed from sorrow; to the one whose form is man and woman, and who brings joy to the goddess.
जटिने दण्डिने तुभ्यं व्यालयज्ञोपवीतिने । नमोऽस्तु नृत्यशीलाय वाद्यनृत्यप्रियाय च ।। २४.
To you, the matted-haired, the staff-bearing, the one with a serpent as sacred thread; salutations to the lover of dance and music.
मन्यवे शीतशीलाय सुगीतिगायते नमः। कटककराय भीमाय चोग्ररूपधराय च ।। २४.
Salutations to the wrathful, the cool-natured, the singer of sweet songs; to the one with bracelets, the terrible, and the bearer of a fierce form.
विभीषणाय भीमाय भगप्रमथनाय च। सिद्धसङ्घातगीताय महाभागाय वै नमः ।। २४.
Salutations to the formidable one, to Bhima, to the destroyer of Bhaga; to the one praised by hosts of Siddhas, to the supremely fortunate—indeed, salutations.
नमो मुक्ताट्टहासाय क्ष्वेडितास्फोटिताय च। नदते कूर्दते चैव नमः प्रमुदिताय च ।। २४.
Salutations to the one who laughs with a resounding, liberated roar, who snorts and bursts forth; who bellows and leaps—salutations also to the joyful one.
नमोऽद्भुताय स्वपते धावते प्रस्थिताय च। ध्यायते जृम्भते चैव तुदते द्रवते नमः ।। २४.
Salutations to the wondrous one, who sleeps, who runs, who sets forth; who meditates, who yawns, who strikes, who melts away—salutations.
चलते क्रीडते चैव लम्बोदरशरीरिणे। नमः कृताय कम्पाय मुण्डाय विकराय च ।। २४.
He who moves, who plays, whose body is pot-bellied—salutations to the accomplished one, to the trembling one, to the shaven-headed, to the deformed.
नम उन्मत्तवेषाय किङ्किणीकाय वै नमः। नमो विकृतवेषाय क्रूरोग्रामर्षणाय च ।। २४.
Salutations to the one with a mad appearance, to the one adorned with tinkling bells; salutations to the one with a distorted form, to the fierce and terrifying.
अप्रमेयाय दीप्ताय दीप्तये निर्गुणाय च। नमः प्रियाय वादाय मुद्रामणिधराय च ।। २४.
To the immeasurable, the radiant, the source of radiance, the one beyond qualities—salutations; to the beloved, to the speaker, to the bearer of gesture and jewel—salutations.
नमस्तोकाय तनवे गुणैरप्रतिमाय च। नमो गणाय गुह्याय अगम्यागमनाय च ।। २४.
Salutations to the young, to the slender, to the one unequalled in virtues; salutations to the host, to the secret, to the one who comes and goes where none may go.
लोक धात्री त्वियं भूमिः पादौ सज्जनसेवितौ। सर्व्वेषां सिद्धयोगानामधिष्ठानन्तवोदरम् ।। २४.
You are the earth, the supporter of worlds; your feet are served by the virtuous; you are the foundation and the endless expanse for all accomplished yogins.
मध्येऽन्तरिक्षं विस्तीर्णन्तारागणविभूषितम्। तारापथ इवा भाति श्रीमान् हारस्तवोरसि ।। २४.
In the middle, the vast sky stretches out, adorned with hosts of stars; it shines like a path of stars, like a splendid necklace upon your chest.
दिशो दश भुजास्ते वै केयूराङ्गदभूषिताः। विस्तीर्णपरिणाहश्च नीलाम्बुदचयोपमः ।। २४.
Your ten arms are the directions, adorned with armlets and bracelets; their vast girth is like a mass of dark clouds.
कण्ठस्ते शोभते श्रीमान् हेमसूत्रविभूषितः । दंष्ट्राकरालदुर्द्धर्षमनौपम्यं मुखं तव ।। २४.
Your neck shines, splendid, adorned with a golden thread; your face, with protruding fangs, is unassailable and incomparable.
पझमालाकृतोष्णीषं शीर्षण्यं शोभते कथम्। दीप्तिः सूर्ये वपुश्चन्द्रे स्थैर्ये भूर्ह्यनिलो बले ।। २४.
How splendid is your head, adorned with a garland of skulls as a crown! Your brilliance is in the sun, your form in the moon, your steadiness in the earth, your strength in the wind.
