ततो मनःप्रकामेशं प्रीतिकेशमथो व्रजेत्
Then one should proceed to Manaḥprakāmeśa and then to Prītikeśa.
यात्रैकादशलिंगानामेषा कार्या प्रयत्नतः
This pilgrimage of the eleven liṅgas should be performed with great care.
अतः परं प्रवक्ष्यामि गारी यात्रामनुत्तमाम्
Now, I shall describe the supreme pilgrimage of Gauri.
गोप्रेक्षतीर्थे सुस्नाय मुखनिर्मालिकां व्रजेत्
Having bathed well at the Gopreksha Tirtha, one should proceed with a pure mouth-garland.
सौभाग्यगौरी संपूज्या ज्ञानवाप्यां कृतोदकैः
Saubhagya Gauri should be duly worshipped at the Jnana-vapi with water offerings.
स्नात्वा विशालगंगायां विशालाक्षीं ततो व्रजेत् 4.2.100.
After bathing in the Vishala Ganga, one should then go to Vishalakshi.
स्नात्वा भवानीतीर्थेथ भवानीं परिपूजयेत्
Then, after bathing at the Bhavani Tirtha, one should worship Bhavani.
ततो गच्छेन्महालक्ष्मीं स्थिरलक्ष्मीसमृद्धये
After that, one should go to Mahalakshmi for the attainment of enduring prosperity.
न दुःखैरभिभूयेत इहामुत्रापि कुत्रचित्
One will not be overcome by sorrows anywhere, either here or hereafter.
ब्राह्मणेभ्यस्तदुद्देशाद्देया वै मोदका मुदे
For that purpose, sweet cakes should be joyfully given to the Brahmins.
रविवारे रवेर्यात्रा षष्ठ्यां वारविसंयुजि
On Sunday, the journey to Ravi is prescribed, especially when the sixth lunar day coincides with that weekday.
नवम्यामथवाष्टम्यां चंडीयात्रा शुभा मता
On the ninth or eighth lunar day, the pilgrimage to Chandi is considered auspicious.
प्रातःस्नानं विधायादौ नत्वा पंचविनायकान्
Having performed the morning bath first, one should bow to the five Vinayakas.
अंतर्गृहस्य यात्रा वै करिष्ये घौघशांतये
I shall undertake the pilgrimage within the house itself for the pacification of obstacles.
स्नात्वा मौनेन चागत्य मणिकर्णीशमर्चयेत्
After bathing, and having come in silence, one should worship Manikarnisha.
पर्वतेशं ततो दृष्ट्वा गंगाकेशवमप्यथ 4.2.100.
Then, having seen Parvatesha, one should also see Gangakeshava.
ततो वै सोमनाथं च वाराहं च ततो व्रजेत्
After that, one should go to Somanatha and then to Varaha.
कश्यपेशं नमस्कृत्य हरिकेशवनं ततः
Having bowed to Kashyapesha, one should then proceed to Harikeshavana.
गोकर्णेश्वरमभ्यर्च्य हाटकेशमथो व्रजेत्
Having worshipped Gokarneshvara, one should then go to Hatakesha.
भारभूतं ततो नत्वा चित्रेगुप्तेश्वरं ततः
Then, having bowed to Bharabhuta, one should proceed to Citregupteshvara.
पितामहेश्वरं गत्वा ततस्तु कलशेश्वरम्
Then, having gone to Pitāmaheśvara, proceed to Kalaśeśvara.
नागेश्वरो हरिश्चंद्रश्चिंतामणिविनायकः
Nāgeśvara, Hariścandra, Cintāmaṇi, and Vināyaka.
वसिष्ठवामदेवौ च मूर्तिरूपधरावुभौ
Vasiṣṭha and Vāmadeva, both assuming embodied forms.
सीमाविनायकं चाथ करुणेशं ततो व्रजेत् आशाविनायकश्चाथ वृद्धादित्यस्ततः पुनः
Then proceed to Sīmāvināyaka, and after that to Karuṇeśa; next, to Āśāvināyaka, and then again to Vṛddhāditya.
चतुर्वक्त्रेश्वरं लिंगं ब्राह्मीशस्तु ततः परः
Then the liṅga of Caturvaktreśvara, and after that, Brāhmīśa.
चंडीचंडीश्वरौ दृश्यौ भवानीशंकरौ ततः 4.2.100.
Caṇḍī and Caṇḍīśvara are to be seen, then Bhavānī and Śaṅkara.
लांगलीशस्ततोभ्यर्च्यस्ततस्तु नकुलीश्वरः
After that, Lāṅgalīśa is to be worshipped, and then Nakulīśvara.
प्रतिग्रहेश्वरं वापि निष्कलंकेशमेव च
Then Pratigraheśvara or Niṣkalaṅkeśa.
गंगेशोर्च्यस्ततो ज्ञानवाप्यां स्नानं समाचरेत्
After worshipping Gaṅgeśa, one should bathe in the Jñānavāpī.
दंडपाणिं महेशं च मोक्षेशं प्रणमेत्ततः
Then bow to Daṇḍapāṇi, Maheśa, and Mokṣeśa.
