समस्तदुर्गतित्राता जगद्भक्षकभक्षकः । उग्रशोंबरमार्जारः कालमूषकभक्षकः । अनंतायुधदोर्दंडी नृसिंहो वीरभद्रजित्

He is the giver of Bali's kingdom, the bestower of food to all gods and brahmins, the infallible one, of mighty stride, whose feet sanctify the holy places, who stands in three steps, the triple-strider.
व्योमपादः स्वपादांभः पवित्रितजगत्त्रयः । ब्रह्मेशाद्यभिवंद्यांघ्रिर्द्रुतधर्मांघ्रिधावनः
He whose feet reach the sky, whose foot-water purifies the three worlds, whose feet are revered by Brahmā and the lords, who swiftly pursues the path of righteousness.
अचिंत्याद्भुतविस्तारो विश्ववृक्षो महाबलः । राहुमूर्धापरांगच्छिद्भृगुपत्नीशिरोहरः
Of inconceivable and wondrous expanse, the world-tree, of great strength, who split Rāhu's head, who cut off the head of Bhṛgu's wife.
पापत्रस्तः सदापुण्यो दैत्याशानित्यखंडनः । पूरिताखिलदेवाशो विश्वार्थैकावतारकृत्
He is feared by sinners, always pure, destroyer of the hopes of demons, fulfiller of all the gods' desires, the sole cause of the world's welfare.
स्वमायानित्यगुप्तात्मा भक्तचिन्तामणिः सदा । वरदः कार्त्तवीर्यादि राजराज्यप्रदोऽनघः

गुहदेशार्पितैश्वर्यः शिवस्पर्द्धाजटाधरः । चित्रकूटाप्तरत्नाद्रिर्जगदीशो वनेचरः
Entrusting his sovereignty to Guha in the forest, he rivaled Shiva, wearer of matted locks; he gained the jewel mountain at Chitrakuta, and, as Lord of the world, wandered the woods.
यथेष्टामोघसर्वास्त्रो देवेंद्रतनयाक्षिहा । ब्रह्मेंद्रदिनतैषीको मारीचघ्नो विराधहा

He granted kingship to Sugriva, gave fearlessness even to the dispirited, was lord among Hanuman, Rudra, and the foremost monkeys, and the sustainer of all monkey bodies.
