Svayambhu saw me, but said nothing further at that time. Thus, O child, I have told you this most secret matter.
You too must carefully conceal the pure, conscious glory of Krishna Chandra, just as a lover's secret is kept from the mother.
Just as I have told all these secrets to my disciple Gautama, so also, among worthy ones, it has been told in full and kept most hidden.
O best of sages, it must never be revealed anywhere or at any time; otherwise, O Brahmins, a curse from Krishna Chandra is certain.
Whoever reads or hears this excellent chapter, filled with Krishna's pastimes, attains the supreme abode.
Thus ends the seventy-fifth chapter in the section on the greatness of Vrindavan, in the Narada supplement, within the Patalakhanda of the glorious Padma Purana.
Ishvara said: Hearing that Shishupala was slain, Dantavaktra came to Mathura to fight with Krishna.
But Krishna, upon hearing this, mounted his chariot and went to Mathura with him.
Then, after killing him, crossing the Yamuna, going to Nanda's settlement, Krishna bowed to and comforted his parents, was embraced by them, embraced all the elder cowherds, consoled them, and satisfied all those present there with many garments, ornaments, and other gifts.
On the beautiful bank of the Kalindi, adorned with sacred trees, Krishna stayed there for three nights, day and night, enjoying playful happiness with the cowherd women.
There, all the people—Nanda, the cowherds, their sons and wives, even the cattle, birds, and wild animals—by Vasudeva's grace, attained divine forms, ascended aerial chariots, and reached the supreme world, Vaikuntha.
But Shri Krishna, having granted all the residents of Nanda's cowherd village his flawless abode, and praised by the hosts of gods, entered the glorious city of Dvaraka.
There, Vasudeva, Ugrasena, Sankarshana, Pradyumna, Aniruddha, Akrura, and others worshipped him daily; and, surrounded by his sixteen thousand and eight queens, assuming universal forms, he delighted in divine jewel-studded vine-houses, on soft couches adorned with flowers from celestial trees.
Thus, for the welfare of all the gods and the destruction of the entire burden of the earth, descending in the Yadu line, having destroyed all the demons and removed the great weight from the world, having freed the moving and unmoving beings of Nanda's settlement and Dvaraka from the bonds of birth, establishing them in the supreme, eternal, delightful abode—worthy of yogic meditation—Vasudeva, always served by his divine queens and others, spoke to all.
There was the unmanifest, like clarified butter in the hands of Brahma, situated in nature, freed from qualities, having become fluid, it ascended to heaven.
Thus ends the seventy-sixth chapter in the dialogue of Parvati and Shiva, on the greatness of Vrindavan, in the Patalakhanda of the glorious Padma Purana.
Parvati said: Tell me in detail the greatness of the names, meanings, and words, and the true nature of Ishvara, and the glories of those places.
O Lord of the gods, explain to me in truth the supreme abode of Vishnu, the different manifestations of Hari, and the state called liberation.
Ishvara said: In the essence of Vrindavan, Krishna is surrounded by millions of gopis; there is the Ganga, the supreme power, and the blissful forest there.

It is surrounded by boys, adorned with lovely garlands and ornaments, dancing; there stands the glorious wish-fulfilling tree, with golden ornaments.

There stands an unsurpassed throne of gems, composed of the three Vedas; upon it sits the Lord of the universe, transcending the three qualities and imperishable.
