रासक्रीडारसास्वादी रसिको राधिकाधवः
Taster of the essence of the rāsa dance, connoisseur of delight, beloved of Rādhikā.
सर्वगोपीजनानन्दी गोपीजनविमोहनः
Bringer of joy to all the gopīs, enchanter of the cowherd women.
गोपीस्कन्धाश्रितकरो गोपिकाचुंबनप्रियः
He whose hand rests on the shoulders of the gopīs, fond of kissing the gopīs.
गोपिकाकेशसंस्कारी गोपिकापुष्पसंस्तरः
Arranger of the gopīs’ hair, bed of flowers for the gopīs.
गोपिकामदहारी च गोपिकापरमार्जितः
Remover of the gopīs’ passion, thoroughly cleansed by the gopīs.
गोपिकावन्दितपदो गोपिकावशवर्तनः
His feet are worshipped by the gopīs, he who is under the sway of the gopīs.
कुञ्जप्रियः कुञ्जवासी वृन्दावनविकासनः
Lover of the bowers, dweller in the bowers, the one who brings Vrindāvan to bloom.
शशिसंस्तंभनः शूरः कामी कामविमोहनः
He who stopped the moon, the valiant one, the passionate one, bewilderer of desire.
कामदः कामरूपश्च कामिनीकामसंचयः
Bestower of desires, of manifold forms, the gathering of the desires of women.
परमात्मा पराधीशः सर्वकारणकारणः (म्)
The supreme soul, lord of the supreme, the cause of all causes.
अक्रूरवन्दितपदो गोपिकातोषकारकः
His feet are worshipped by Akrūra, he who brings satisfaction to the gopīs.
अक्रूरतापशमनो रजकायुःप्रणाशनः
He who soothes Akrūra’s sorrow, destroyer of the life of the washerman.
कंसवस्त्रपरीधानो गोपवस्त्रप्रदायकः
He wore the garments of Kamsa and bestowed the clothes of the cowherds.
तन्तुवाय कसंप्रीतः कुब्जाचन्दनलेपनः
He was pleased with the weaver and was anointed with sandal paste by Kubja.
सर्वज्ञो मथुरालोकी सर्वलोकाभिनन्दनः
He is all-knowing, the resident of Mathura, and the delight of all people.
सर्वदुःखप्रशमनो धनुभर्ङ्गी महोत्सवः
He removes all suffering, broke the great bow, and is the festival itself.
कल्परूपधरोधीरो दिव्यवस्त्रानुलेपनः
He is steadfast, assuming any form at will, adorned with divine garments and ointments.
कंसत्रासकरो भीमो मुष्टिकान्तश्च कंसहा
He instilled fear in Kamsa, was formidable, destroyed Mushtika, and slew Kamsa.
वैकुण्ठवासी कंसारिः सर्वदुष्टनिषूदनः
He dwells in Vaikuntha, is the enemy of Kamsa, and the destroyer of all the wicked.
यादवेन्द्रः सतांनाथो यादवारिप्रमर्द्दनः
He is the lord of the Yadavas, protector of the virtuous, and crusher of the enemies of the Yadavas.
उग्रसेनपरित्राता उग्रसेनाभिपूजितः
He saved Ugrasena and was honored by Ugrasena.
सर्वसात्वतसाक्षी च यदूनामभिनन्दनः
He is the witness of all the Satvatas and the joy of the Yadus.
सर्वगोपालधनदो गोपीगोपाललालसः
He gives wealth to all the cowherds and delights both the gopas and gopis.
गुरुभक्तो ब्रह्मचारी निगमाध्ययने रतः
He is devoted to his teacher, a celibate, and engaged in the study of the Vedas.
विद्यानिधिः कलाकोशो मृतपुत्रदस्तथा
He is a treasure of knowledge, a repository of arts, and the giver of sons to the bereaved.
यमार्चितः परो देवो नामोच्चारवसो (शो)ऽच्युतः
He is worshipped by Yama, the supreme god, and Acyuta, who dwells in the utterance of his name.
अक्रूरगृहगोप्ता च प्रतिज्ञापालकः शुभः
He is the protector of Akrura’s house, fulfiller of promises, and auspicious.
मुचुकुन्दप्रियकरोजरासंधपलायितः
He delighted Muchukunda and caused Jarasandha to flee.
लीलाधरः प्रियकरो विश्वकर्मा यशःप्रदः
He is the bearer of divine play, the giver of affection, the universal craftsman, and the bestower of fame.
चैद्यशोकालयः श्रेष्ठो दुष्टराजन्यनाशनः
He is the abode of Caidya’s sorrow, the best among all, and the destroyer of wicked kings.
