पञ्चधान्यमिदं प्रोक्तं नित्यदीपं तु मारुतेः

द्यूते दृष्टिस्तंभने च विद्वेषे मारणे तथा
In gambling, for arresting sight, in enmity, and likewise in destruction.
विषे व्याधौ ज्वरे भूतग्रहे क्रृत्याविमोचने
In cases of poison, disease, fever, possession by spirits, and release from witchcraft.
