हृदये पञ्च ऋक्षाणि वामहस्ते चतुष्टयम्

चत्वारि दक्षिणे हस्ते जन्मभाद्रविजस्थितिः

There is drought, loss of crops, and famine at the southern conjunction.
अतिवेले पुष्पहानिर्भयं सस्यविनाशनम्

विरोधो धरणीशानामर्थवृष्टिविनाशनम्

सर्वग्रस्ताविनेन्दूतु क्षुद्व्याध्यग्निभयप्रदौ

अनिष्टदाः पङ्गुसुता विशिखाः कमकाह्वयाः
The sons of Pāṅgu, called Viśikhā and Kamaka, are givers of misfortune.
सूक्ष्माः शुक्ला बुधसुताश्चौररोगभयप्रदाः
The subtle, white comets, sons of Budha, bring fear of thieves and disease.
