तदवाप्तफलं योज्यं ज्यापिण्डे गतसंज्ञके
The result thus obtained should be applied to the chord-product known as the traversed value.
लिप्तास्तत्त्वयमैर्भक्ता लब्धज्या पिण्डकं गतम्
