वागन्त्यकामान् प्रजयेदरीणा क्षोभहेतवे
Speech and desire are produced for the sake of agitation among enemies.
कामान्त्यवाणीबीजानि मुक्तये नियतो जपेत्
The seed-syllables of desire, end, and speech should be recited regularly for liberation.
