इत्युक्तस्त्यक्तपाषाणशकलो मार्जिताननः आहूतस्तु तयोद्भूतमूलप्रस्तावशंसकः

"Go now, go and play with the hosts, remaining vigilant on the mountain; avoid the chasms, and slowly traverse the slopes crowded with snakes, trees, elephants, and broken rocks, where others wander."
जाह्नवीयं जलं क्षुब्धतोयाकुलं कूलं मा विशेथा बहुव्याघ्रदुष्टे वने
"Do not enter the bank of the Jahnavi river, where the waters are turbulent and the forest is full of many wicked tigers."
वत्सासंख्येषु दुर्गा गणेशेष्वेतस्मिन्वीरके पुत्रभावोपतुष्टान्तःकरणा तिष्ठतु
"O Viraka, among the countless children of Ganesha, let the feeling of sonship, which has pleased my heart, remain in you."
स्वस्य पितृजनप्रार्थितं भव्यमायातिभाविन्यसौ भव्यता

भीममूर्त्याननेनास्ति कृत्यं गिरौ य एषो ऽस्त्रज्ञेन किं वध्यते
There is nothing to be done with this terrifying form on the mountain; what can be accomplished by a master of weapons in killing him?

On the ground with high golden peaks, radiant with heaps of golden dust, in the beautiful forest abodes of the sky-dwellers, among the abundant gatherings of various forms, the attendants dwelled in the cave of Mandara; there, with beautiful mandāra flowers, tender leaves, and lotuses, the accomplished women drank the nectar of forms with their wide, unblinking eyes; the mountain-daughter, in a moment, remembered the little hero, eager for her son, seeking delight.
सो ऽपि तादृक्क्षणावाप्तपुण्योदयो यो ऽपि जन्मान्तरस्यात्मजत्वं गतः क्रीडतस्तस्य तृप्तिः कथं जायते यो ऽपि भाविजगद्वेधसा तेजसः कल्पितः प्रतिक्षणं दिव्यगीतक्षणो नृत्यलोलो गणेशैः प्रणतः
He too, blessed by the merit gained in that moment, who had attained sonship in another birth, how could satisfaction arise for him while playing? Even he, created by the future creator of the worlds from his own brilliance, every moment, with divine songs, eager to dance, bowed with the attendants.
क्षणं सिंहनादाकुले गण्डशैले सृजद्रत्नजाले बृहत्सालताले क्षणं फुल्लनानातमालालिकाले क्षणं वृक्षमूले विलोलो मराले
For a moment, in the lion-roaring Gandha mountain, amidst the net of jewels, beneath the great sāla trees; for a moment, among blooming garlands of various flowers; for a moment, at the root of a tree, the swan wandered.
क्षणे स्वल्पपङ्के जले पङ्कजाढ्ये क्षणं मातुरङ्के शुभे निष्कलङ्के परिक्रीडते बाललीलाविहारी गणेशाधिपो देवतानन्दकारी निकुञ्जेषु विद्याधरैर्गीतशीलः पिनाकीव लीलाविलासैः सलीलः
For a moment, in shallow mud, in water thick with lotuses; for a moment, in the mother's lap, pure and spotless; the lord of the attendants, playing in childish sport, delighting the deities, in the groves, accompanied by the singing of the vidyādharas, like Pināka-wielder, with playful amusements, gracefully.
प्रकाश्य भुवनाभोगी ततो दिनकरे गते देशान्तरं तदा पश्चाद् दूरमस्तावनीधरम्
Having revealed the enjoyment of the worlds, then, when the sun had departed to another region, afterwards, the mountain was far away.
उदयास्ते पुरोभावी यो हि चास्ते ऽवनीधरः मित्रत्वमस्य सुदृढं हृदये परिचिन्त्यताम्
The mountain that rises and sets before him, let its friendship be firmly considered in the heart.
नित्यमाराधितः श्रीमान् पृथुमूलः समुन्नतः नाकरोत्सेवितुं मेरुर् उपहारं पतिष्यतः
