Great nimba and nimba trees stand tall, accompanied by nirgundi, haridru, the mighty devadaru, and kaleyaka, their forms imposing and sacred. The air is perfumed by padma, candana, bilva, kapittha, red sandalwood, matamra, rishtaka, akshota, abdaka, and arjuna trees. Hastikarṇa, sumanasa, and kovidara bloom splendidly, while prachinamalaka, dhanaka, and samarataka trees add their own beauty to the groves. Clusters of kharjura, coconut, priyala, amrataka, inguda, tantumala, dhava, bhavya, and kashmiri-leaved trees flourish, their fruits ripening in the sun. Nutmeg, betel nut, katphala, avaliphala, mandara, kovidara, kimshuka, and kusumamshuka trees spread their fragrance, mingling with yavas, shamiparna, vetasa, ambuvetasa, red atiranga, naranga, hingu, and priyangu. Aditya-mustaka, kumbha, saffron, kamavallabha, katphala, badara, nipa shine like bright lamps in the landscape. Red palivana, white pomegranate, champaka, bandhu, subandhu, and various groves flourish, their blossoms bright. Flowers like patala, jasmine, karavira, kurabaka, himavara, jambu, and royal jambu trees add their hues and scents. Seed pods, camphor, fragrant agarwood trees, fruits and their reflections, offspring and vines flourish everywhere. Guggul trees, white hintala palms, sugarcanes, oleanders without grass, ashokas, and cakramardas stand tall. Pilu trees, dhataki, dense ciribilva, tamarind, lodhra, vidanga, and milky sap trees abound. Ashmantaka, kala, jambira, white kadamba, bhallataka, indrayava, valguja, and trees that bring success grow in clusters. Nagakesara trees, delightful with beautiful blossoms, karamarda, kasamarda, arishtaka, varishtaka, rudraksha, grapes, saptahva, and putrajivaka flourish. Kankola, cloves, cinnamon, parijata, creepers of long pepper, and portions of nagavalli are found throughout. Maricha creepers, new jasmine, splendid grape pavilions, and atimukta pavilions wind through the land. Trellises of trapusha and nartika bear beautiful fruits, while trellises of kushmanda and sometimes alabu add their bounty. Trellises of chirbhita, patola, karavella, canopies of karkoṭaki, and eggplants with large fruits create lush green corridors. Thorns, radishes, root vegetables, kahlaras, vidari, ruruṭa, and sweet-thorned plants grow in abundance. Diverse medicinal herbs shine brightly, granting long life, fame, and strength. Herbs that dispel old age, death, and fear, that remove hunger and bring good fortune, and countless others fill the land. Cane creepers, kīcaka bamboo, kāśa grass, moon-like kāśa, and thickets of reeds sway gently. Delightful kusa thickets, pleasing sugarcane thickets, and auspicious cotton plants are found in rare clusters. Clusters of bananas, charming and excellent, adorn regions resembling emerald, their green turf shining. Irā flowers, portions of saffron, tagara, ativiṣa, māṃsī, granthika, and fragrant surāgada add color and aroma. Golden flowers, other terrestrial blossoms, jambira, ground grasses, lakes, and parrots enliven the scenery. Ginger, ajamoda, kuberaka, priyāla, aquatic plants, and fragrant, multicolored creepers thrive everywhere. Plants with colors like the rising sun, radiance of sun and moon, golden hues, and blossoms like flax flower fill the land. Leaves resembling the śūka plant, terrestrial leaves adorned with five colors and many hues create a vibrant tapestry. Lotuses pleasing to the eye, water lilies like the moon, blossoms shaped like tongues of fire, and auspicious elephant-faced lotuses float upon the waters. Blue lotuses, kahlāra flowers, guñjā, ataka, keseru, śṛṅgāṭaka reeds, mṛṇāla stalks, karaṭa fruits, and silver lotuses complete this divine landscape, each contributing to the sacred beauty of the land nourished by the Iravati.
