मन्त्राणां प्रभवे तुभ्यं मन्त्राधिपतये नमः पितॄणां पतये चैव पशूनां पतये नमः

To you, Lord of mantras, homage; to the Lord of mantras, homage; and to the Lord of ancestors, and to the Lord of cattle, homage.

वाग्वृषाय नमस्तुभ्यं पुराणवृषभाय च नमः पशूनां पतये गोवृषेन्द्रध्वजाय च

Homage to you, the bull of speech, and to the ancient bull; homage to the Lord of cattle, to the one whose banner bears the bull and Indra's sign.

प्रजापतीनां पतये सिद्धीनां पतये नमः दैत्यदानवसंघानां रक्षसां पतये नमः

Homage to the Lord of the progenitors, to the Lord of accomplishments; homage to the Lord of the hosts of Daityas and Dānavas, to the Lord of the Rākṣasas.

गन्धर्वाणां च पतये यक्षाणां पतये नमः गरुडोरगसर्पाणां पक्षिणां पतये नमः

Salutation to the lord of the Gandharvas, to the lord of the Yakshas; salutation to the lord of Garudas, serpents, and birds.

सर्वगुह्यपिशाचानां गुह्याधिपतये नमः गोकर्णाय च गोप्त्रे च शङ्कुकर्णाय वै नमः

Salutation to the lord of all secret spirits and goblins; salutation to Gokarna, the protector, and to Shankukarna as well.

वराहायाप्रमेयाय ऋक्षाय विरजाय च नमः सुराणां पतये गणानां पतये नमः

Salutation to Varaha, the immeasurable one, to Riksha, and to the stainless; salutation to the lord of the gods and the lord of the hosts.

अंभसां पतये चैव ओजसां पतये नमः नमो ऽस्तु लक्ष्मीपतये श्रीपाय क्षितिपाय च

Salutation to the lord of waters and to the lord of strength; salutation to the lord of Lakshmi, to Shripa, and to the lord of the earth.

बलाबलसमूहाय अक्षोभ्यक्षोभणाय च दीप्तशृङ्गैकशृङ्गाय वृषभाय ककुद्मिने

Salutation to the one who is the sum of strength and weakness, to the unshakable and the shaker, to the one with blazing or single horn, to the bull, to the one with a hump.

नमः स्थैर्याय वपुषे तेजसानुव्रताय च अतीताय भविष्याय वर्तमानाय वै नमः

Salutation to firmness, to your form, to the follower of brilliance; salutation to the one who is past, future, and indeed present.

सुवर्चसे च वीर्याय शूराय ह्यजिताय च वरदाय वरेण्याय पुरुषाय महात्मने

Salutation to the radiant, to the powerful, to the heroic, to the unconquered, to the bestower of boons, to the most excellent, to the person, to the great soul.

नमो भूताय भव्याय महते प्रभवाय च जनाय च नमस्तुभ्यं तपसे वरदाय च

Salutation to the being, to the future, to the great and the mighty; salutation to you, to asceticism, and to the bestower of boons.

अणवे महते चैव नमः सर्वगताय च नमो बन्धाय मोक्षाय स्वर्गाय नरकाय च

Salutation to the minute and the great, and to the all-pervading; salutation to bondage, to liberation, to heaven, and to hell.

नमो भवाय देवाय इज्याय याजकाय च प्रत्युदीर्णाय दीप्ताय तत्त्वायातिगुणाय च

Salutation to Bhava, to the god, to the sacrifice and the sacrificer; to the one who rises up, who is radiant, who is the principle, and who is beyond the qualities.

नमः पाशाय शस्त्राय नमस्त्वाभरणाय च हुताय उपहूताय प्रहुतप्राशिताय च

Salutation to the noose, to the weapon, and to the ornament; salutation to the offered, the invoked, the well-offered, and the one who receives the oblation.

नमो ऽस्त्विष्टाय पूर्ताय अग्निष्टोमद्विजाय च सदस्याय नमश्चैव दक्षिणावभृथाय च

Salutation to the one who is worshipped, fulfilled, to the twice-born of the Agnistoma; salutation to the member of the assembly and to the recipient of the sacrificial fee and the ablution.

अहिंसायाप्रलोभाय पशुमन्त्रौषधाय च नमः पुष्टिप्रदानाय सुशीलाय सुशीलिने

Salutation to non-violence, to non-greed, to the mantras for cattle and herbs; salutation to the giver of nourishment, to the virtuous, to the well-behaved.

अतीताय भविष्याय वर्तमानाय ते नमः सुवर्चसे च वीर्याय शूराय ह्यजिताय च

Salutation to you who are past, future, and present; to the radiant, to the powerful, to the heroic, to the unconquered.

वरदाय वरेण्याय पुरुषाय महात्मने नमो भूताय भव्याय महते चाभयाय च

Salutation to the bestower of boons, to the most excellent, to the person, to the great soul; salutation to the being, to the future, to the great and to the fearless.

जरासिद्ध नमस्तुभ्यम् अयसे वरदाय च अधरे महते चैव नमः सस्तुपताय च

Salutation to you, Jarasiddha, to the iron one, to the bestower of boons; salutation to the lower, to the great, and to the lord of the six.

नमश्चेन्द्रियपत्राणां लेलिहानाय स्रग्विणे विश्वाय विश्वरूपाय विश्वतः शिरसे नमः

Salutation to the lord of the senses, to the one who licks, to the one adorned with a garland; to the all, to the one of universal form, to the one whose head is everywhere.

सर्वतः पाणिपादाय रुद्रायाप्रतिमाय च नमो हव्याय कव्याय हव्यवाहाय वै नमः

Salutation to the one whose hands and feet are everywhere, to Rudra, to the incomparable; salutation to the oblation, to the ancestral offering, to the carrier of the oblation.

नमः सिद्धाय मेध्याय इष्टायेज्यापराय च सुवीराय सुघोराय अक्षोभ्यक्षोभणाय च

Salutations to the accomplished, the pure, the desired, the one beyond sacrifice, the mighty hero, the terribly fierce, the unshakable, and the one who shakes all.

सुप्रजाय सुमेधाय दीप्ताय भास्कराय च नमो बुद्धाय शुद्धाय विस्तृताय मताय च

Salutations to the one of excellent offspring, of great wisdom, radiant, like the sun; to the awakened, the pure, the expansive, and the wise.

नमः स्थूलाय सूक्ष्माय दृश्यादृश्याय सर्वशः वर्षते ज्वलते चैव वायवे शिशिराय च

Salutations to the gross and the subtle, to the visible and the invisible in all things; to the one who rains, who blazes, who is wind, and who is coolness.

नमस्ते वक्रकेशाय ऊरुवक्षःशिखाय च नमो नमः सुवर्णाय तपनीयनिभाय च

Homage to you with curling hair, with mighty thighs and chest; repeated salutations to the golden one, shining like heated gold.

विरूपाक्षाय लिङ्गाय पिङ्गलाय महौजसे वृष्टिघ्नाय नमश्चैव नमः सौम्येक्षणाय च

To the one with odd eyes, to the emblem, to the tawny one of great energy, to the destroyer of rain, and to the gentle-eyed—salutations.

नमो धूम्राय श्वेताय कृष्णाय लोहिताय च पिशिताय पिशङ्गाय पीताय च निषङ्गिणे

Salutations to the smoky, the white, the black, and the red; to the fleshy, the tawny, the yellow, and the one bearing a sword.

नमस्ते सविशेषाय निर्विशेषाय वै नमः नम ईज्याय पूज्याय उपजीव्याय वै नमः

Homage to the one with distinctions and without distinctions; salutations to the worshipped, the revered, and the one who is the support of all.

नमः क्षेम्याय वृद्धाय वत्सलाय नमोनमः नमो भूताय सत्याय सत्यासत्याय वै नमः

Salutations to the secure, the aged, the affectionate; repeated homage to the being, the true, and the one who is both truth and untruth.
