With his five faces, he holds with his ten hands whatever he desires.
दक्षैः करैर्वामकैश्च भुजंगं चाक्षसूत्रकम् 23.
With his right and left hands, he holds a serpent and a rosary.
इच्छाज्ञानक्रियाशक्तिस्त्रिनेत्रो हि सदाशिवः 23.
Sadāśiva, who has three eyes, possesses the powers of will, knowledge, and action.
इहाहोरा वचारेण त्रीणि वर्षाणि जीवति 23.
By performing this ritual for three years, one lives through the day and night.
दिनत्रयस्य चारेण वर्षमेकं स जीवति 23.
By performing it for three days, one lives for a year.
वक्ष्ये गणादिकाः पूजाः सर्वदा स्वर्गदाः पराः 24.
I shall explain the worship of the Gaṇas and others, which always bestows supreme heaven.
गामादिहृदयाद्यंगं दुर्गाया गुरुपादुकाः 24.
The heart and limbs of the goddess, the feet of the guru, and Durga are to be worshipped.
ह्रृदादिकं नव शक्त्यो रुद्रचण्डा प्रचण्डया 24.
From the heart and so forth, the nine powers—Rudra, Caṇḍā, and Pracaṇḍā—are to be worshipped.
चण्रूपा चण्डिकाख्या दुर्गेदुर्गेऽथ रक्षिणि 24.
Caṇḍikā, who is fierce in form, and Durga, the protector in danger, are to be worshipped.
सदाशिवमहाप्रेतपद्मासनमथापि वा ॐ ह्रां ह्रीं क्षें क्षैं स्त्रीं स्कीं रों स्फें स्फीं शां पद्मासनं च मूर्त्तिं च त्रिपुराह्रृदयादिकम् ।। 24.
Sadāśiva, the great preta, the lotus seat, and also the mantras: oṃ hrāṃ hrīṃ kṣeṃ kṣaiṃ strīṃ skīṃ roṃ spheṃ sphīṃ śāṃ, the lotus seat, the form, and the heart of Tripurā are to be worshipped.
पीठाम्बुजे तु ब्राहयादीर्ब्रह्माणी च महेश्वरी 24.
On the lotus seat, Brahmā, Brahmāṇī, and Maheśvarī are to be worshipped.
चामुण्डा चण्डिका पूज्या भैरवाख्यांस्ततो यजेत् 24.
Cāmuṇḍā and Caṇḍikā are to be worshipped, then the Bhairavas named Bhairava.
कपाली भीषणश्चैव संहारश्चाष्ट भैरवाः 24.
Kapālī, Bhīṣaṇa, Saṃhāra, and the eight Bhairavas are to be worshipped.
वटुकं दुर्गया विघ्नराजो गुरुश्च क्षेत्रपः 24.
Vaṭuka, Durga, Vighnarāja, the guru, and the guardian of the field are to be worshipped.
शुक्लां वरदाक्षसूत्रपुस्ताभयसमन्विताम् 24.
She who is white, grants boons, holds a rosary and a book, and is accompanied by the gesture of fearlessness.

Om hrim hum, I worship the sandals of the god Hatakeshvara. Salutations.
ॐ ह्रीं श्रीं पूथिवीतत्सवर्णभुवनद्वीपसमुद्रदिशामनन्ताख्यमासनं पद्मासनं पूजयामि नमः ।। 25.
Om hrim shrim, I worship the lotus seat named Ananta, which encompasses the earth, all worlds, continents, oceans, and directions. Salutations.
ह्रीं श्रीं निवृत्त्यादि कला पृथिव्यादितत्त्व मनन्तादिभुवनमोङ्कारादिवर्णम् एवं मन्त्रमहेश्वर सिद्धविद्यात्मकः परामृतार्णवः सर्वभूतो दिक्समस्तषडंगः सदाशिवार्णवपयः पूर्णोदधिपक्षश्रीमानास्पदात्मकः विद्योमापूर्णज्ञत्वकर्त्तृत्वलक्षणज्येष्ठाचक्ररुद्रशक्त्यात्मककर्णिकः 25.
Hrim shrim, the energies beginning with Nivritti, the elements starting from earth, the worlds from Ananta onward, the syllables beginning with Om—thus, the mantra is the great lord, the essence of accomplished knowledge, the supreme nectar-ocean, the source of all beings, the entirety of directions, the six limbs, the waters of the Sadashiva ocean, the fullness of the great ocean, the abode of prosperity, the fullness of knowledge, the characteristics of creator and knower, the essence of the Jyestha chakra, Rudra's power, and the core.

अनन्तरं करन्यासः पद्ममुद्रां बद्ध्वा मन्त्रन्यासं कुर्य्यात् नौं अनामिकायै नमः तौं तर्जन्यै नमः लां करतलायै नमः 26.
Next is the ritual of karanyasa. Having formed the lotus gesture, one should perform the placement of mantras: 'Naum'—salutations to the ring finger; 'Taum'—salutations to the index finger; 'Lam'—salutations to the palm.
अथ देहन्यासः ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं करास्फालाय नमः 26.

Aim, hrim, shrim, hrim, sphaim—salutations to the blessed one, sphaim, salutations to Kubjika; sphaum—salutations to Kubjika, to the eastern face; Om hrim shrim kilikili—salutations to the western face; Om, salutations to the blessed one, to the heart; Kshaum (Ksem, Aim)—Kubjika, to the head, svaha; Aghora-faced, to the armor, hum; Kilikili, vicche, to the weapon, phat.
ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं अखण्डमण्डलाकारमहाशूलमण्डलमाय नमः ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं सोममण्डलाय नमः ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं महाकौलमण्डलाय नमः ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं साममण्डलाय नमः एवं मण्डलानां द्वादशकं क्रमेण पूज्यम् ।। 26.
Aim, hrim, shrim—salutations to the great trident circle of unbroken wholeness; Aim, hrim, shrim—salutations to the moon circle; Aim, hrim, shrim—salutations to the great Kaula circle; Aim, hrim, shrim—salutations to the Sama circle. Thus, twelve circles are worshipped in order.

ॐ कणिचिकीणिकक्राणी चर्वाणी भूतहारिणि फणिविषिणि विरथनाराययणि उमे दहदह हस्ते चण्डे रौद्रे माहेश्वरि महामुखि ज्वालामुखि शङ्कुकर्णि शुकमुण्डे शत्रुं हनहन सर्वनाशिनि स्वेदय सर्वांगशोणितं तन्निरीक्षासि मनसा देवि सम्मोहयसम्मोहय रुद्रस्य हृदये जाता रुद्रस्य ह्रृदये स्थिता 27.
Om Kanicikini, Krani, Charvani, destroyer of beings, serpent-poisoned, Virathanarayayani, Uma, burn, burn, in the hand, fierce one, terrible one, Maheshvari, great-faced, flame-faced, conch-eared, parrot-headed, destroy the enemy, destroy, destroy, annihilator of all, sweat the whole body with blood, observe this, O goddess, with your mind, bewilder, bewilder, born in the heart of Rudra, established in the heart of Rudra.
