ॐ ह्री ह्रौ ह्रीं भि(भी) रुण्डायै स्वाहा 19.
Oṃ hrī hrau hrīṃ bhī ruṇḍāyai svāhā.
अ आ न्यसेत्तु पादाग्रे इ ई गुलफेऽथ जानुनि 19.
One should place 'a' and 'ā' at the tip of the foot, 'i' and 'ī' at the ankle, and then at the knee.
वक्क्रे अमुत्तमांगे अः न्यसेद्वै हंससंयुताः 19.
On a curved, unblemished limb, one should place the syllables 'aḥ' joined with 'haṃsa'.
गरुडोऽहमिति ध्यात्वा कुर्य्याद्विषहरां (रीं) क्रियाम् 19.
Meditating on 'I am Garuda', one should perform the action for removing poison, using the syllable 'rīṃ'.
न्यस्य हंसं वामकरे नासामुखनिरोधकृत् 19.
Placing 'haṃsa' on the left hand, one should block the nostrils and mouth.
स वायुना समाकृष्य दष्टानां गरलं हरेत् 19.
Drawing in air, he removes the poison from those bitten.
पीतं प्रत्यंगिरामूलं तण्डुलद्भिर्विषापहम् 19.
The root of Pratyangira, taken with rice grains, removes poison.
मूलं शुक्लबृहत्यास्तु कर्कोट्यागैरिकर्णिकम् 19.
The root of white Brihati, Karkoti, and Agni-karṇika.
विषमृद्धिं न व्रजेच्च उष्णं पिबति यो घृतम् 19.
One who drinks warm ghee does not suffer from the increase of poison.
सर्वांगलेपतशचापि पानाद्वा विषहृद्भवेत् 19.
By applying to all limbs or by drinking, it becomes a remover of poison.
हृल्ललाटविसर्गान्तं ध्यातं वश्या दिकृद्भवेत् 19.
Meditated upon from the heart to the forehead and at the end, it brings the directions under control.
जप्त्वा सप्ताष्टसाहस्त्रं गरुत्मानिव सर्वगः विषहृत्स्यात्कथा तद्वन्मणिर्व्यासः स्मृतो ध्रुवम् ।। 19.
Reciting seven or eight thousand times, one becomes all-pervading like Garuda; he removes poison, and the tale is thus. Likewise, the jewel remembered by Vyasa is certainly effective.
वक्ष्ये तत्परमं गुह्यं शिवोक्तं मन्त्रवृन्दकम् 20.
I will declare that supreme secret, the collection of mantras spoken by Shiva.
एतैरेवायुधैर्युद्धे मन्त्रैः शत्रूञ्जयेन्नृपः 20.
With these very weapons and mantras, a king conquers enemies in battle.
अष्टवर्गं चाष्टमं च ख्यातमीशानपत्रके 20.

ह्रींका रश्च शिवः शूले त्रिशाखे तु क्रमान्न्यसेत् 20.
The syllable 'hrīṃ' and 'ra', and Shiva, on the trident with three branches, should be placed in order.
शूलं गृहीत्वा हस्तेना भ्राम्य चाकाशसम्मुखम् 20.
Taking the trident in hand, one should whirl it facing the sky.
धूमारक्ते करं मध्ये ध्यात्वा खे चिन्तयेन्नरः 20.
Meditating on the hand in the middle as smoky-red, one should contemplate the sky.
त्रिलोकान्रक्षयेन्मन्त्रो मर्त्यलोकस्य का कथा 20.
The mantra protects the three worlds; what need is there to speak of the world of mortals?
खादिरान्कीलकानष्टौ क्षेत्रे संमन्त्र्य विन्यसेत् 20.
Eight Khadira pegs should be placed in the field, empowered with mantra.
गरुडोक्तैर्महामन्त्रैः कीलकानष्ट मन्त्रयेत् 20.
With the great mantras spoken by Garuḍa, one should recite to remove the locks (obstacles).
विद्युन्मूषकवज्रादिसमुपद्रव एव च 20.
Likewise, in the case of disturbances such as lightning, mice, thunderbolts, and the like.
ॐ ह्रां सदाशिवाय नमः 20.
Oṃ hrāṃ, obeisance to Sadāśiva.
तस्यैव दर्शनाद्दुष्टा मेघविद्युद्दिपादयः 20.
By merely seeing this, harmful clouds, lightning, and lamps are dispelled.
ॐ ह्रीं गणेशाय नमः ॐ ऐं ब्रहयैंत्रै लोक्यडामराय नमः ।। 20.
Oṃ hrīṃ, obeisance to Gaṇeśa. Oṃ aiṃ brahayaiṃtrai, obeisance to Lokyaḍāmara.
भैरवं पिंडमाख्यातं विषपापग्रहापहम् 20.
The Bhairava piṇḍa is declared to remove poison, sin, and malevolent influences.
ॐ नमः विषशत्रुगणाभूता नश्यन्ते वज्रमुद्रया ।। 20.
Oṃ, obeisance. By the thunderbolt gesture, all hosts of poison, enemies, and spirits are destroyed.
ॐ क्षुं(क्ष) नमः ॐ ह्रां (ह्रो) नमः 20.
Oṃ kṣuṃ (or kṣa), obeisance. Oṃ hrāṃ (or hro), obeisance.
ध्यात्वा कृतांतं च दहेच्छेदकास्त्रेण वै जगत् ध्यात्वा तु भैरवं कुर्य्यान्द्ग्रहभूतविषापहम् ।। 20.
Meditating on Kṛtānta, one should burn the world with the weapon of severance; meditating on Bhairava, one should remove planetary, spirit, and poison afflictions.
ॐ लसद्दिजिह्वाक्ष स्वाहा 20.
Oṃ, with a shining tongue and eyes, svāhā.
