Establishing, entering a house, and binding an elephant are auspicious on Saturn.
इति श्रीगारुडे महापुराणे पूर्वखण्डे प्रथमांशाख्ये आचारकाण्डे ज्योतिः शास्त्रे लग्नघटिका प्रमाणादिनिरूपणं नाम द्विषष्टितमोऽध्यायः
Thus, in the holy Garuda Mahapurana, Purva Khanda, in the section called Achara Kanda, in the science of astrology, the sixty-second chapter named 'Determination of Ascendant, Ghati, and Measures' is concluded.

Fingers close together, coppery nails, well-formed ankles, and veins not prominent—
विरूक्षपाण्डुरनखौ वक्रौ चैव शिरानतौ 63.
Deformed, pale nails, curved and raised veins—
दुः खदारिद्यदौ स्याता नात्र कार्य्यां विचारणा 63.
These indicate poverty and suffering; there is no need for further consideration here.
रोमैकैकं कूपके स्याद्भूपानां तु महात्मनाम् 63.
A single hair in each follicle is found in kings and great souls.
रोमत्रयं दरिद्राणां रोगी निर्मांसजानुकः 63.
Three hairs in a follicle indicate poverty; disease is shown by knees lacking flesh.
स्थूललिङ्गो दरिद्रः स्यादुख्येकवृष्णी भवेत् 63.
A thick organ indicates poverty; a single testicle brings misery.
प्रलम्बवृषणोऽल्पायुर्निर्द्रव्यः कुमणिर्भवेत् 63.
A person with hanging testicles is short-lived, without wealth, and of bad fortune.
निः स्वाः सशब्दमूत्राः स्युर्नृपा निश्शब्दधारया 63.
Those whose urine is noiseless are kings; those with sound are not.
सर्पोदरा दरिद्राः स्यू रेखाभिस्चायुरुच्यते 63.
Those with a serpent-like belly are poor; longevity is determined by the lines.
सुखी पुत्रसमायुक्तः स षष्टिं जीवते नरः 63.
A man who is happy and blessed with sons lives for sixty years.
विंशत्यब्दं त्वेकरेखा आकर्णान्ताः शतायुषः ॥ 63.
A single line reaching to the end of the ear signifies a lifespan of one hundred years.
सप्तत्यायुर्द्विरेखा तु षष्ट्यायुस्तिसृभिर्भवेत् 63.
Two lines indicate a lifespan of seventy years; three lines, sixty years.
चत्वारिंशच्च वर्षाणि हीनरेखस्तु जीवति 63.
One with fewer lines lives for forty years.
त्रिशूलं पट्टिशं वापि ललाटे यस्य दृश्यते 63.
If a trident or spear is seen on the forehead,
तर्जन्या मध्यमाङ्गुल्या आयूरेखा तु मध्यतः 63.
The line of life is found in the middle between the index and middle fingers.
प्रथमा ज्ञानरेखा तु ह्यंगुष्ठादनुवर्त्तते 63.
The first, the line of knowledge, follows from the thumb.
कनिष्ठिकां समाश्रित्य आयूरेखा समाविशेत् 63.
The line of life, resting upon the little finger, enters there.
यस्य पाणितले रेखा आयुस्तस्य प्रकाशयेत् 63.
The line on the palm reveals the person's lifespan.
कनिष्ठिकां समाश्रित्य मध्यमायामुपागता 63.

A maiden with wavy hair and round eyes,
पूर्णचन्द्रमुखी कन्या बालसूर्य्यसमप्रभा 64.
A maiden whose face is like the full moon, radiant like the rising sun,
रेखाभिर्बहुभिः क्लेशं स्वल्पाभिर्धनहीनता 64.
Many lines bring trouble; few lines indicate lack of wealth.
कार्य्ये च मन्त्री सत्स्त्री स्यात्सती (खी) स्यात्करणेषु च 64.
In action, a woman is a counselor; in virtue, she is chaste; in deeds, she is skilled.
