One should repeatedly bow to the attendant of Shri Vishnu, who is the recipient of offerings; 'To Agni in the southeast, to you, O bearer of weapons,' as before.
In the south, one should worship Yama; in the southwest, Nirriti; in the west, Varuna; and in the northwest, salutations to Vayu.

In the very middle of Nirriti, one should repeatedly bow to Shesha; having performed such salutations, one should bow again and again.
Thus, all this procedure has been explained in accordance with the injunction; now, one should proceed further for the audience of the Lord of Lakshmi.
Having spoken thus, the goddess joyfully went forth with them; O Khaga, the procedure for the audience of Srinivasa that has been described should never be told to anyone, for it must always be kept secret.
The meeting of the truly good and those who realize the essence of truth is indeed difficult, O Indra among birds; only through the accumulation of merit over many births does one attain the company of such a teacher.
Milk gives up its own nature and becomes curd; the remainder of the remainder of the lotus is born of doubt; by association with the good, unstable feelings are steadied, and from such company, inauspicious things do not arise.

For the sake of protection, Vishnu is always present with the gods in the waters of the sacred lake; therefore, it is called the Lord's Lake, and there the maidens performed their bathing.
Having purified themselves, the gods entered to worship Srinivasa with pure devotion, O king of birds; just as instructed by the teacher, so too did all the maidens, O king of birds.

Flooded with joy at the sight of him, her heart overflowing with love, her eyes brimming with tears of ecstasy, the goddess danced before that Vishnu, freed from all faults, with utmost reverence: 'O Blissful One, protect me; grant me happiness, O Mukunda, protect me, O Giver of liberation.'
Protect me always, O Lotus-eyed One, with your gracious gaze, moist with the nectar of compassion. Govinda, Govinda, protect me, who am greatly afflicted, always by granting knowledge and other gifts.
O Janardana, you ever avoid wicked associations in the form of desires and the like; O Hari, O Hari, always protect me, removing powerful obstacles in the form of demons.
O Lord of Lakshmi, protect me; O Lord of the Four-faced, protect me; O Lord of the Universe, protect me; O Lord of Sarasvati, protect me; O Lord of Lakshmi, source of all, whose lotus feet are worshipped by hosts of gods, protect me.
Thus, bowing with utmost reverence, she praised Vishnu, the Supreme, the Ancient One. O Lord, in Vishnu there are always countless qualities unknown even to Lakshmi.
Of those qualities, so numerous and abundant in Hari, they are indeed unknown to Rama. Therefore, where is the power to praise Hari? Yet, I will make the effort to praise you.
By your grace, by the grace of Rama, by the grace of Brahma, by the grace of Sarasvati, and by the grace of Rudra, I will praise you; yet, O Vishnu, grant me peace.
If you are pleased with me, O Lord, always grant me devotion at your lotus feet. By your sight, O God, all my good and bad is destroyed, and my misfortune is ever removed.
By your maya, this world is lost, intoxicated by pride, deaf and blind. By the power of wealth, one becomes mute, always miserable among elders and others.

Burning away pride in knowledge, sons, and possessions, grant me the root of your lotus feet. O Veṅkaṭeśa, burning away envy toward the true Vaiṣṇavas, protect me.
O Source of all, grant me a mantra by which I may have your association again. I seek nothing else but the company of your lotus feet; grant me that alone, if you are pleased with me.
