सुपक्वं गुडगव्याक्तं मिष्टान्नं देवि गृह्यताम् । सस्यचूर्णोद्भवं पक्वं स्वस्तिकादिसमन्वितम्
O Goddess, accept this well-cooked sweet dish, blended with jaggery and cow's milk, made from grain flour, cooked and accompanied by svastika and similar offerings.
मया निवेदितं भक्त्या नैवेद्यं प्रतिगृह्यताम् । शीतवायुप्रदं चैव दाहे च सुखदं परम्
Accept this offering, which I have dedicated with devotion; it brings coolness in the wind and supreme comfort in heat.
कमले गृह्यतां चेदं व्यजनं श्वेतचामरम् । ताम्बूलं च वरं रम्यं कर्पूरादिसुवासितम्
O Lotus-eyed One, accept this fan made of white yak tail, and this excellent, delightful betel, scented with camphor and other fragrances.
जिह्वाजाड्यच्छेदकरं ताम्बूलं प्रतिगृह्यताम् । सुवासितं सुशीतं च पिपासानाशकारणम्

कार्पासजं च कृमिजं वसनं देवि गृह्यताम् । रक्तस्वर्णविकारं च देहभूषादिवर्धनम्
O Goddess, accept these garments made from cotton and silk, and ornaments of red gold, which enhance bodily adornment.
शोभाधारं श्रीकरं च भूषणं देवि गृह्यताम् । नानाऋतुषु निर्माणं बहुशोभाश्रयं परम्
O Goddess, accept these ornaments, which are the basis of beauty and bring prosperity, crafted for various seasons and the source of great splendor.
सुरभूपप्रियं शुद्धं माल्यं देवि प्रगृह्यताम् । शुद्धिदं शुद्धरूपं च सर्वमङ्गलमङ्गलम्
O Goddess, accept this pure garland, beloved by the gods, which bestows purity, is of pure form, and is the auspicious among all auspicious things.
गन्धवस्तूद्भवं रम्यं गन्धं देवि प्रगृह्यताम् । पुण्यतीर्थोदकं चैव विशुद्धं शुद्धिदं सदा
O Goddess, accept this delightful fragrance, produced from aromatic substances, and this sacred water from holy places, always pure and purifying.
गृह्यतां कृष्णकान्ते त्वं रम्यमाचमनीयकम् । रत्नसारादिनिर्माणं पुष्पचन्दनचर्चितम्
O Dark-complexioned Lady, accept this charming water for rinsing, crafted from gems and essences, adorned with flowers and sandal paste.
रत्नभूषणभूषाढ्यं सुतल्पं देवि गृह्यताम् । यद्यद् द्रव्यमपूर्वं च पृथिव्यामपि दुर्लभम्
O Goddess, accept this excellent bed, adorned with gem-studded ornaments; whatever rare substance exists on earth, even if difficult to obtain.
देवभूषार्हभोग्यं च तद् द्रव्यं देवि गृह्यताम् । द्रव्याण्येतानि दत्त्वा च मूलेन देवपुङ्गवः
O Goddess, accept these items fit for divine adornment and enjoyment; having offered these with their root, the chief of the gods—
मूलं जजाप भक्त्या च दशलक्षं विधानतः । जपेन दशलक्षेण मन्त्रसिद्धिर्बभूव ह
With devotion, he recited the root mantra ten hundred thousand times according to the prescribed method; by this ten hundred thousand-fold recitation, the mantra attained perfection.

दृष्ट्वा जगत्प्रसूं शान्तां तुष्टावैतां पुरन्दरः । पुलकाञ्चितसर्वाङ्गः साश्रुनेत्रः कृताञ्जलिः
Seeing the mother of the universe, serene, Indra praised her, his whole body thrilled, his eyes filled with tears, and his hands joined in reverence.

सम्पत्त्यधिष्ठातृदेव्यै महादेव्यै नमो नमः । नमो वृद्धिस्वरूपायै वृद्धिदायै नमो नमः
Salutations to the goddess who presides over prosperity, to the great goddess; salutations to her who is the very form of increase, to the bestower of growth.
वैकुण्ठे या महालक्ष्मीर्या लक्ष्मीः क्षीरसागरे । स्वर्गलक्ष्मीरिन्द्रगेहे राजलक्ष्मीर्नृपालये
She who is Mahālakṣmī in Vaikuṇṭha, Lakṣmī in the ocean of milk, the Lakṣmī of heaven in Indra's abode, and the royal Lakṣmī in the king's palace.
गृहलक्ष्मीश्च गृहिणां गेहे च गृहदेवता । सुरभिः सागरे जाता दक्षिणा यज्ञकामिनी
She is the Lakṣmī of the household in the homes of householders, the household deity; she is Surabhi, born in the ocean, and Dakṣiṇā, desired in sacrifice.
अदितिर्देवमाता त्वं कमला कमलालया । स्वाहा त्वं च हविर्दाने कव्यदाने स्वधा स्मृता
You are Aditi, mother of the gods; Kamalā, the abode of lotuses; in the offering of oblations you are Svāhā, and in the offering to ancestors you are remembered as Svadhā.
