Thus, O child, I have told you the embodiment of all the multitude of mantras.
The king Sucandra, lord of the seven islands, by its power—
Pracetas and Lomaśa, indeed, became accomplished because of it.
If one possesses the perfected armor, he becomes lord of all accomplishments; certainly, even the sixteenth part of this armor's power is unattainable.
Without knowing this armor, one who worships Kāli, the mother of the world—
Thus ends the thirty-seventh chapter named 'Description of Bhadrakālī's Armor' in the third book, in the section of Ganapati, in the dialogue between Nārada and Nārāyaṇa, of the glorious Brahmavaivarta Mahāpurāṇa.
Nārāyaṇa said: Puṣkarākṣa arrived, accompanied by an army of three akṣauhiṇīs.

And around his neck was the enchanting armor of Mahālakṣmī.
Seeing him, all the brothers of the wise Raiṇukeya—
The king cut down those with a volley of arrows in that way.
Those warriors of the king then shattered the chariot with arrows from the five-bowed one.
That bow was swiftly broken by the five-bowed one with seven arrows.
And they effortlessly struck down three akshauhinis of troops; the king’s spear, adorned with lotuses, was at his throat.
He also hurled a spear, a mace, a club, and a mallet.
Those weapons, upon contact with the earth, became dust along with the king’s body.
The chariot, the bow, the weapons, and the various missiles—
The mighty king Pushkaraksha mounted his chariot.
Those warriors, armed with weapons and missiles, cut down the volley of arrows.
