Among collections of Vedas, he is the scriptures; among the learned, he is Sarasvati.
Among mantras, he is the Vishnu-mantra; among sacred fords, he is the Ganges herself.
He who is the strength among the strong, and the mind among those who move swiftly,
The giver of knowledge among teachers, the form of mother among relatives, the giver of birth among friends—him, the essence, I bow to.
He who is Viśvakarman among artisans, and Kāma, the god of love, among the beautiful,
He who is the form of a son among the beloved, and the form of a king among men,
He who is dharma among the seeds of virtue, and the Sāma Veda among the Vedas,
He who is the essence of coolness in water, and the form of fragrance in the earth,
He who is the Rājasūya among sacrifices, and the Gāyatrī among meters,
He who is the form of milk among cows, and the purifier among the pure,
He who is the form of kuśa grass among grasses, and disease among enemies,
He who is the form of brilliance, the form of knowledge, and the great one who is all forms,
He who is air among all that supports, just as the self among those of eternal form,
That which cannot be defined by the Vedas, which no scholar is able to praise,
Whom the Vedas are not able to praise, and Sarasvatī herself becomes speechless,
Who is of pure radiant form, the embodiment of grace to devotees,
The two-armed youth, with a flute at his lips, smiling joyfully,
Who, having received betel from Rādhā, has eaten it, enchanting to behold,
Adorned with jeweled ornaments, served with white chowries,
In the beautiful interior of Vṛndāvana, eager for the delight of the rāsa dance,
On the great mountain with a hundred peaks, on the jeweled mountain in Goloka,
There abides the most complete, peaceful, and enchanting Radhakanta.
Whoever recites this hymn to Shri Krishna at the three junctions of the day,
By the grace of this hymn, attains the service of Hari and devotion to the Lord.
Even the lord of all accomplishments, though tranquil, ultimately attains the abode of Hari.
He becomes liberated while living, a devotee of Krishna—of this there is no doubt.
He surely becomes one who knows the six branches of knowledge, possesses ten strengths, and moves by will; by Krishna's grace, he is ever like the wish-fulfilling tree.
Thus this hymn has been spoken; O child, now you go to Pushkara.
Make the earth free of kings three times seven, as you wish.
Narāyaṇa said: Having gone to the holy place of Pushkara, he accomplished the perfection of the mantra.
