You were seen, together with the radiant Gopī, in the forest of Vṛndāvana,
The radiance, leaving her body, entered the orb of the sun.
That which was given by you, distributed with love and in tears before,
— a portion to the fire, and a portion also to kings,
a portion to groups of thieves, and a portion also to serpents,
a portion to women endowed with good fortune, and also to those who are renowned,
You were seen, together with the peaceful Gopī, in the circle of the rāsa dance.
Adorned with jeweled lamps, in a palace made of jewels,
The betel you gave, fragrant, was enjoyed by her,
At the mere sound of my name, you immediately became invisible.
Then her body became endowed with the highest qualities.
— a portion to those devoted to your mantra, and to the Vaiṣṇavas.
Formerly, I saw you together with the Gopī, accompanied by forgiveness,
She was adorned with jewels and anointed with beautiful sandalwood paste.
He was immediately embraced by sleep, from happiness, after their new union.
Your yellow garment was taken, and your enchanting flute as well.
Afterwards, these were returned with love, at the words of the friends—indeed!
Out of shame, Kṣamā abandoned her body and entered the earth.
What was given by you, divided and offered with love, while weeping before,
—that was for the righteous, for the sake of dharma, and a little for the weak.
All this has been told to you; what more do you wish to hear?
Thus, having spoken, Rādhā—her eyes reddened like lotus-petals—
Gāṅgā, the accomplished yoginī, knew the secret by yoga.
Rādhā, by yoga, perceived her present everywhere.
Gāṅgā, the accomplished yoginī, knew the secret by yoga.
Goloka, Vaikuṇṭha, and also Brahmaloka and the rest—
Everywhere was devoid of water, a globe of withered lotuses.
Brahmā, Viṣṇu, Śiva, Ananta, Dharma, Indra, the Moon, and the Sun—
They all came to Goloka, their throats, lips, and palates parched.
The bestower of boons, the most excellent, the giver of blessings, the supreme, the cause of all boons—
