विना मृदा घटं कर्तुं यथा नालं कुलालकः 4.6.
Just as a potter cannot make a pot without clay,
स्वयमात्मा यथा नित्यस्तथा त्वं प्रकृतिः स्वयम्
As the self is eternal by its own nature, so too are you, Prakriti, by your own nature.
मम प्राणसमा लक्ष्मीवाणी च सर्वमंगला
Lakshmi, Sarasvati, and all auspicious goddesses are equal to my very life.
समीपस्था इमे सर्वे सुरा देव्यश्च राधिके
All these gods and goddesses who are near, O Rādhikā,
त्यजाश्रुमोक्षणं राधे भ्रांतिं च निष्फलां सति
Give up your weeping, Radha, and abandon this fruitless delusion.
कलावत्याश्च जठरे मासानां नव सुन्दरि
O beautiful one, in the womb of Kalavati, for nine months—
दशमे समनुप्राप्ते त्वमाविर्भव भूतले
When the tenth month arrives, you will manifest upon the earth.
वायुनिःसारणे काले कलावत्याः समीपतः
At the time of the expulsion of the breath, near Kalavati—
अयोनिसंभवा त्वं च भविता गोकुले सति
You will be born in Gokula, not from a womb.
भूमिसंस्पृष्टमात्रं मां गोकुले प्रापयिष्यति
As soon as you touch the earth, you will bring me to Gokula.
यशोदामंदिरे मां च सानन्दं नन्दनंदनम् 4.6.
In the house of Yashoda, with joy, you will bring me, the delight of Nanda.
स्मृतिस्ते भविता काले वरेण मम राधिके
O Radhika, by my boon, your memory will arise at the right time.
त्रिःसप्तशतकोटीभिर्गोपीभिर्गोकुलं व्रज
Go to Gokula with three times seven hundred million gopis.
संस्थाप्य संख्यारहिता गोपीर्गोकुल एव च
Establish countless gopis in Gokula itself.
अहं गोपाल सुहृदः संस्थाप्यात्रैव राधिके
Here itself, O Radhika, I will establish the cowherds, my friends.
व्रजे व्रजन्तु क्रीडार्थं मम संगे प्रियात्प्रियाः
Let the beloveds go to Vraja to play in my company.
इत्येवमुक्त्वा श्रीकृष्णो विरराम च नारद
Having spoken thus, Sri Krishna became silent, O Narada.
ब्रह्मेशशेषधर्माश्च श्रीकृष्णं तं परात्परम्
Brahma, Shiva, Shesha, and Dharma praised that Sri Krishna, the Supreme.
भक्त्या गोपाश्च गोप्यश्च विरहज्वरकातराः २३८ प्राणाधिकं प्रियं कांतं राधापूर्णमनोरथम्
The cowherds and cowherd women, distressed by the fever of separation, with devotion, regarded Radha as dearer than life, their beloved, the fulfiller of all desires.
साश्रुपूर्णातिदीनां च दृष्ट्वा राधां भयाकुलाम् 4.6.
Seeing Radha, filled with tears, extremely dejected and overcome by fear—
प्राणाधिके महादेवि स्थिरा भव भयं त्यज
O great goddess, dearest one, remain steady and abandon fear.
किं तु ते कथयिष्यामि किंचिदेवास्त्यमंगलम्
But I shall tell you—there is something inauspicious.
श्रीदामशापजन्येन कर्मभोगेन सुन्दरि
O beautiful one, by the enjoyment of karma arising from the curse of Śrīdāma—
तत्र भारावतरणं पित्रोर्बंधनमोचनम्
There, the alleviation of the earth’s burden and the liberation of my parents from bondage—
घातयित्वा च यवनं मुचुकुन्दस्य मोक्षणम्
And after slaying the Yavana, the deliverance of Mucukunda—
उद्वाहं राजकन्यानां सहस्राणां च षोडश
The marriage to sixteen thousand royal maidens—
मित्रोपकरणं चैव वाराणस्याश्च दाहनम्
The assistance to friends and the burning of Vārāṇasī—
पारिजातस्य हरणं यद्यत्कर्माणि तानि च
The taking of the Pārijāta tree, and whatever other deeds there are—
संभाषणं च बंधूनां यज्ञसंपादनं पितुः करिष्यामि च तत्रैव गोपिकानां च दर्शनम्
Conversations with relatives, the completion of my father’s sacrifice, and there itself, the meeting with the Gopīs—
तुभ्यमाध्यात्मिकं दत्त्वा पुनः सत्यं त्वया सह 4.6.
Having given you spiritual knowledge, again, truly, together with you—
