Above are the seven heavenly realms, together with Brahmaloka.
Above the earth is Bhurloka, and beyond that is Bhuvarloka.
Beyond that is Tapoloka, and further still is Satyaloka.
Thus, all of this is artificial, both outside and within.
Like bubbles in water, all the assemblies of the universe are impermanent.
In each pore of hair, certainly, there is a cosmic egg.
In each and every cosmic egg are Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva, and others.
There are also the guardians of the directions, the protectors of the quarters, stars, planets, and so on.
Then, in time, that Virat, looking upward again and again,
Fell into thought, afflicted by hunger, and wept again and again.
Then, right there, Brahma beheld the eternal light.
Smiling, holding a flute, the giver of grace to devotees.
Pleased, the Lord of boons granted him a boon appropriate to the occasion.
O child, become the abode of countless universes until dissolution, free from disease, death, old age, sorrow, and all afflictions.
Having spoken thus, he uttered the great six-syllabled mantra in his right ear.
Beginning with Om and ending in the fourth case, the two syllables 'Krishna.'
Having given the mantra, the Lord then arranged for the food offering.
A Vaiṣṇava should offer food as naivedya in each of the universes.
To the attributeless Self, who is also the completely full darkness,
Whatever offering as naivedya a person gives, to whichever deity,
Having given that excellent mantra, the Lord again spoke to him.
Hearing Kṛṣṇa’s words, the great Virāṭ replied to him.
Mahāvirāṭ said: For as long as my life endures, whether a moment or a long time,
Whoever in the world is endowed with devotion to you is always liberated while living.
What is the use of recitation, austerity, sacrifice, or ritual worship,
For a person devoid of devotion to Kṛṣṇa, life is in vain.
As long as the self remains in the body, so long is it endowed with power.
And you, O greatly fortunate one, are the Self of all, beyond nature.
Having spoken thus, the boy there, Nārada, fell silent.
Śrī Kṛṣṇa said: Even at the dissolution of countless Brahmās, your fall will not occur.
