Thus ends the one hundred and twenty-eighth chapter in the Śrī Kṛṣṇa-janma section, latter half, of the dialogue between Nārada and Nārāyaṇa in the Śrī Brahmavaivarta Mahāpurāṇa, describing Kṛṣṇa's explanation of the faults of Kali, the sudden arrival of a wondrous chariot, and the ascent of Rādhā and all the gopīs to Goloka in the presence of the people of Vraja at Bhāṇḍīravaṇa.
Nārāyaṇa said: There, the blessed Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa, the most complete and perfect Master, saw the immediate liberation to His own realm granted to the residents of Gokula.
He stayed beneath the banyan tree at Bhāṇḍīra with five cowherds, and beheld all of Gokula, which was greatly agitated.
He saw Vṛndāvana forest unprotected, scattered, and empty; then, by the rain of nectar through his yoga and by his compassion, the ocean of mercy—
—He filled it again with gopīs and cowherds, and likewise made Vṛndāvana supremely beautiful and enchanting.
He reassured the cowherds who remained in Gokula, and spoke sweet words, beneficial and rare.
The Blessed Lord said: O cowherds, O friends, remain happily and be steadfast; enjoy the delightful circle of the rāsa dance with your beloveds.
From that time onward, as long as the moon and sun endure, Kṛṣṇa's presence will always abide in the holy forest of Vṛndāvana.
Then the Creator of the worlds himself went to Bhāṇḍīra, along with Śeṣa, Dharma, and Bhava, the Lord of Bhavānī.

All of them quickly arrived where the Lord, the Master, was present; bowing down to Him with their bodies on the ground, Brahmā himself spoke.
Brahmā said: O Supreme, whose form is the fullness of Brahman, whose body is eternal, whose nature is light, highest of all—obeisance to You, who are beyond nature.
Utterly untouched, formless, yet with form for the sake of meditation, self-willed, supreme abode—obeisance to You, Supreme Self.
Lord of all actions, cause of causes, Lord of Brahmā, Īśa, Śeṣa, and all the gods—obeisance to You, Lord of all.

Lord of Sarasvatī, Lord of Padmā, Lord of Pārvatī, Supreme among the supreme; Lord of Sāvitrī, Lord of Rādhā, Lord of the rāsa dance—obeisance to You.
