श्वेतचामरलक्षं च लक्षं च रत्नदर्पणम् । कामधेनुगणं सर्वं शतकोटिं गजानपि
He gave one hundred thousand white yak-tail fans, one hundred thousand jeweled mirrors, all herds of wish-fulfilling cows, and one hundred crores of elephants.
शतकौटिं गजेन्द्राणामश्वानां तच्चतुर्गुणम् । यद्धनं यादवानां च राज्ञो राजनुमोदनात्
He gave one hundred crores of lordly elephants, four times as many horses, and all the wealth of the Yadavas, with the king's approval.
ग्रामाणां शतलक्षं च ससस्यं फलितं तरुम् । धान्याचलानां लक्षं च शाल्यन्नानां तथैव च
He gave one hundred thousand villages with crops and fruit-bearing trees, and one hundred thousand mountains of grain, as well as heaps of rice.
पायसं पिष्टकं चैव मिष्टान्नं च सुधोपमम् । स्वस्तिकानां तिलानां च रम्यणि ल़ड्डुकानि च
He gave sweet rice, cakes, delicious foods like nectar, auspicious sesame, and delightful sweet balls.
दध्नां मधूनां दुग्धानां गुडानां हविषामपि । कुल्यानां शतकं दत्त्वा परिहारं चकार सः
He gave curds, honey, milk, jaggery, and offerings of clarified butter, and by giving a hundred water channels, he made atonement.
सकर्पूरं च ताम्दूलं सुशीतं वासितं जलम् । सुगन्धि चन्दनं चैव पारिजातस्य मालिकाम्
He gave camphor, betel nut, cool and fragrant water, and also scented sandalwood and garlands of pārijāta flowers.
आसनानि च रम्याणिवह्निशुद्धाशुकानि च । रत्ननिर्माणतल्पानि पुष्णाणि च फलानि च
He gave beautiful seats, pure white garments purified by fire, couches made of jewels, flowers, and fruits.
प्रददौ ब्राह्मणेभ्यश्च प्रफुल्लवदनेक्षणः । देवांश्च भोजयामास ब्राह्मणानां मुखैः सुभैः
With a blooming face, he gave these to the Brahmins, and he fed the gods through the mouths of the excellent Brahmins.
देवाश्च मुनयो रात्रौ स्वरामाभिश्चरेमिरे । प्रभाते प्रययुः सर्वे श्रीकृष्णानुमतेन च
At night, the gods and sages wandered with their celestial wives, and in the morning, all departed with the approval of Shri Krishna.
वादवाः प्रययुः सर्वेद्वारकां कृष्णपालिताम् । अमूल्यरात्नबूर्णां च रुक्मिणीदर्शनेन च
All the horses went to Dvārakā, protected by Krishna, filled with priceless jewels, and with the sight of Rukmini.
इति श्री ब्रह्मo महाo श्रीकृष्णजन्मखo उत्तo नारादनाo पञ्चविंशत्यधिकशततमोऽऽध्यायः
Thus ends the one hundred twenty-fifth chapter, entitled 'The Supreme Birth of Shri Krishna,' in the great Brahma Purana, as narrated by Narada.

Now, the one hundred twenty-sixth chapter. Narayana said: Having worshipped Ganesha, Madhava, together with the Yadavas, the gods, sages, and other deities with their consorts, O Narada—
अंशेन देवो देवीभी रुक्मिण्याद्याभिरेव च । प्रययौ द्वारकां रम्यां तस्थौ सिद्धाश्रमे स्वयम्
The god, along with the goddesses, and especially with Rukmini and the others, went to the beautiful Dvārakā and stayed himself in the hermitage of the perfected ones.
कृत्वा सुप्रीतिसंभाषां सार्धगोलोकवासिभिः । गोपैः सुहृद्भिर्नन्देन मात्रा गोप्या यशोदया
Having exchanged words of great affection with the residents of Goloka, with the cowherds, friends, Nanda, his mother, the cowherdess Yashoda—
उवाच मातरं तातं सुनीतं च चथोचितम् । गोपांश्च गोकुलस्थांश्च बन्धुवर्गाश्च सांप्रतम्
He addressed his mother, father, Sunīta, and others as appropriate, as well as the cowherds residing in Gokula and all the relatives present.
श्रीभगवानुवाच गच्छ नन्दव्रजं नन्द हे तात प्राणवल्ल्भ । मातर्यशोदे त्वमपि परमार्थे यशस्विनि
The Blessed Lord said: Go to Nanda's settlement, O Nanda, beloved father; and you too, illustrious mother Yaśodā, in the truest sense.
भुक्त्वा कालावशेषं च गच्छ गोलोकमुत्तमम् । सालोक्यमुक्तिं दास्यामि सार्थ गोकुलवासिभिः
After enjoying the remainder of your allotted time, go to the supreme Goloka; I will grant you liberation in my own realm, together with the residents of Gokula.
इत्युक्त्वा भगवान्कृष्णः पित्रोरनुमतेन च । जगाम राधिकास्थानं नन्दश्च गोकुलं तथा
Having spoken thus, Bhagavān Kṛṣṇa, with the consent of his parents, went to Rādhikā's abode, and Nanda likewise returned to Gokula.
ददर्श राधा रुचिरां मुक्ताहारां च सस्मिताम् । यथा द्वादशवर्षीयां शश्वत्सुस्थिरयौवनाम्
He saw Rādhā, radiant and smiling, adorned with a pearl necklace, appearing as if twelve years old, in the prime and constancy of youth.
रत्नोच्चैरासनस्था च गोपीत्रिशतकोटिभिः । आवृता वेत्रहस्ताभिः सस्मिताभिश्च सांप्रतम्
Seated upon a lofty jeweled throne, she was surrounded by thirty crore gopīs, each holding a staff, all smiling at that very moment.
दृष्ट्वा च दूरतो राधा श्रीकृष्णं प्राणवल्लभम् । शिशुवेषं सुवेषं च सुन्दरेशं च सस्मितम्
From a distance, Rādhā beheld Śrī Kṛṣṇa, her beloved, in the guise of a beautifully adorned child, the Lord of Beauty, smiling.
नवींनजलदश्यामं पींतकौशेयवाससम् । चन्दनोक्षितसर्वाङ्गं रत्नभूषणभूषितम्
His complexion was like a fresh raincloud, clad in yellow silk, his entire body anointed with sandalwood, adorned with jeweled ornaments.
मयूरपिच्छचूडं च मालतीमाल्यशोभितम् । ईषद्धास्यप्रसन्नास्यं भक्तानुप्रहविग्रहम्
He wore a peacock feather crown, beautified with garlands of jasmine, his face gently smiling and serene, his form a delight to devotees.
क्रीडाकमलमम्लानं धृतवन्तं मनोहरम् । मुरलीहस्तविन्यस्तं सुप्रशस्तं च दर्पणम्
He held a play-lotus, ever fresh and charming, a splendid mirror set in his hand with the flute, captivating to behold.
जवेन च समुत्थाय गोपीभिः सह सादरम् । प्रणम्य परया भक्त्या तुष्टाव परमेश्वरम्
Rising swiftly with the gopīs, she respectfully bowed with supreme devotion and praised the Supreme Lord.
राधिकोवाच अद्य मे सफलं जन्मजीवितं च सुजीवितम् । यद्दृष्ट्वा मुखचन्द्रं ते सुस्निग्धं लोचनं मनः
Rādhikā said: Today my birth and life are fulfilled and well-lived, for I have seen your moon-like face, so tender to the eyes and mind.
पञ्च प्राणाश्च स्निग्धाश्च परमात्मा च सुप्रियः । उभयोर्हर्षबीजं च दुर्लभं बन्धुदर्शनम्
The five vital airs, full of affection, and the dearest Supreme Self—seeing a beloved after long separation is rare and the seed of joy for both.
शोकार्णवे निमग्नाऽहं प्रदग्धा विरहानलैः । त्वद्दृष्ट्याऽमृतवृष्ट्या च सुसिक्ताऽद्य सुशीतला
I was plunged in an ocean of sorrow, scorched by the fire of separation; but by your sight, the nectar-rain, I am today thoroughly cooled and refreshed.
शिवा शिवप्रदाऽहं च शिवबीजा त्वया सह । शि (श) व स्वरूपा निश्चेष्टाऽप्यदृश्या च त्वया विना
I am auspicious and bestow auspiciousness, the seed of auspiciousness with you; my very form is 'śi' and 'va', motionless and unseen without you.
