She may abandon caste, virtue, even her own life in the end; therefore, the wise should always guard a young woman more than their own life.
He should always protect her, never trust one who is skilled in deception; a woman’s words are sweet, but her heart is like the edge of a razor.

The lord of the gods will later arrive, bearing Sudarshana, Panchajanya, Padma, Kaumodaki, and the mace, at the city of Shonita.
With his attendants, Shankara himself, protected by Parvati, then that yogini, blessed, virtuous, and honored among women,
Shanta, the disciple of Durvasa, bestowing perfection through accomplished yoga, awakened Baraka, who was weeping, remembering his mother.
After bathing him, she gave him garlands, sandalwood, and ornaments; adorning the boy beautifully, she led him to the inner chamber desired by the maiden.

By a Gandharva marriage, the son of Smara took her as his wife; their union brought lasting pleasure to both.
Day and night, the son of Smara, overwhelmed by love, was unaware; Ushā, mature and newly wed, was passionate from their fresh union.
She became faint from merely his touch, being desirous; thus, their delightful union in secret continued for a long time, O Brahmin, and the king heard from the guards.

Now begins the one hundred and fifteenth chapter. Narayana said: Then the frightened guards gathered before Bāṇa, the lord; bowing to Skanda, Ganesha, and Durga,
The guards said: Alas, this wicked time is extremely hard to overcome; the maiden, now mature, desires a husband of her own will.

Chitralekha herself, as messenger, brought the excellent groom—a warrior, a great hero, a king, and a mighty charioteer.
