All devotees of Kṛṣṇa, including the gods led by Brahmā, are not worthy even of the sixteenth part of the gopīs' devotion to Rādhā.
The supreme yogis and Maheśvara understand Kṛṣṇa's devotion, as do Rādhā, the gopīs, the gopas, and those who dwell in Goloka.
Sanatkumāra, Brahmā if attached to worldly things, and the accomplished devotees know only a little; this is certain.
I am blessed, fulfilled, for I have come to Gokula; from the gopikās and their teachers, I have gained unwavering devotion to Hari.
I will not go to Mathurā nor listen to the fame of holy places; I will become a servant of the gopīs, birth after birth.
No devotee surpasses the gopīs in devotion to Hari, the Supreme Soul; none have attained the kind of devotion the gopīs received.

By the curse of Śrīdāma, Rādhā, the daughter of Vṛṣabhānu, came to earth; and by the curse of Sanatkumāra, we too descended to the mortal world.
We three sisters, out of devotion, went to the beautiful Milk Ocean and the enchanting Śvetadvīpa to see Viṣṇu.
Because we did not rise up in respect, the venerable Sanatkumāra, the guru of the yogis’ gurus, cursed us in anger.
Sanatkumāra said: 'Foolish ones, remain on earth; you shall not return to heaven. Because of pride and attachment to mortal beings, this is your fate.'
Yet, pleased, the Lord of the twice-born granted each of us a boon: one would become the beloved of Viṣṇu, one the beloved of Śaila, the mountain-lord, and one the beloved of Himādharā.

His daughter, Mahālakṣmī, will be Sītādevī, and Vṛṣabhāna, the noble Vaiśya among yogis, will be her father.
The youngest, Kalāvatī, disciple of Durvāsas, will be a virtuous beloved in Gokula at the end of Dvāpara.
Rādhādevī, resident of Goloka, will be born as the daughter of Kalāvatī, due to the curse of the cowherd Śrīdāma—of this there is no doubt.

Dhanyā, together with Sītā, will go to Vaikuṇṭha; Menakā, the accomplished yoginī, will do so by the boon of Pārvatī.
At the end of the kalpa, in Viṣṇu’s world, Lakṣmī will rejoice for a long time; without adversity, where can greatness arise for anyone?
When suffering is ended by karma, rare happiness arises; formerly, the daughters of the fathers delighted in the pleasures of heaven.
Even by a boon, none can equal Lakṣmī, but by seeing Viṣṇu, the sage’s karma was destroyed, and so was ours, by seeing Viṣṇu.
By that intense merit, we also saw Kumāra; there, we heard from Kumāra the most rare and supreme knowledge.

Prakriti is of the nature of intellect and is the presiding deity of all powers; Shiva is of the nature of knowledge, and Dharma is the very personification of Purusha.
The Supreme Self is beyond qualities, that Brahman is higher than Prakriti; that very Krishna is the witness even of the actions of living beings.
