न कोऽपि वेद विद्वान्वा वेदविद्वान्व्रजेश्वरः । अमूल्यरत्ननिर्माणभवनानां त्रिकोटिभिः
No one, not even a learned scholar or the lord of Vraja who knows the Vedas, knows the three crores of mansions made of priceless jewels.
शोभितं सुन्दरं रम्यं राधाशिविरमुत्तमम् । अमूल्यरत्नकलशैरुज्ज्वलं रत्नदर्पणैः
Radiant, beautiful, and delightful is the supreme abode of Rādhā, shining with pitchers of priceless jewels and jewel mirrors.
असूल्यरत्नस्तमभानां राजिभिश्च विराजितम् । नानाचित्रविचित्रैश्च चित्रितं श्वेतचामरैः
Adorned with rows of inestimable jewel pillars, decorated with various marvelous designs and white yak-tail fans.
माणिक्यमुक्तासंसक्तं हीरावारसमन्वितम् । रत्नप्रदीपसंसक्तं रत्नसोपानसुन्दरम्
Encrusted with rubies and pearls, adorned with emeralds, joined with jewel lamps, and beautiful with jewel stairways.
अमूल्यरत्नपत्रैश्च तल्पराजिविराजितम् । अमूल्यरत्नचित्रैश्च त्रिभिश्चित्रविचित्रितैः
Adorned with bedsheets of priceless jewel leaves and decorated with threefold marvelous patterns of priceless jewels.
तिसृभिः परिखाभिश्च त्रिभिर्द्वारैश्च दुर्गमैः । युक्तं षोडशकक्षाभिः प्रतिद्वारेषु वाऽन्तरम्
Fitted with three moats and three difficult gates, furnished with sixteen chambers, and an inner space at each gate.
गोपीषोडशलक्षैश्च संनियुक्तैरितस्ततः । वह्निशुद्धांशुकाधानै रत्नभूषणभूषितैः
Attended on all sides by sixteen lakhs of gopīs, clothed in fire-purified garments and adorned with jewel ornaments.
तप्तकाञ्चनवर्णाभैः शतचन्द्रसमन्वितैः । राधिकारिंकरीवर्गैर्युक्तमभ्यन्तरं वरम्
With complexions like molten gold and radiant as a hundred moons, the inner sanctum is attended by groups of Rādhikā’s maidservants.
अमूल्यरत्ननिर्माणप्रङ्गणं सुमनोहरम् । अमूल्यरत्नस्तम्भानां समूरैश्च सुशोभितम्
A courtyard made of priceless jewels, most enchanting, splendid with clusters of pillars of priceless jewels.
रत्नमङ्गलकुम्भैश्च फलपल्लवसंयुतैः । संयुतं रत्नवेदीभिर्मुक्ता युक्ताभिरीप्सितम्
Joined with auspicious jewel pitchers bearing fruits and leaves, furnished with jewel platforms adorned with pearls, most desirable.
अमूल्यरत्नमुकुरैः शोभितं सुन्दरैरहो । अमूल्यरत्ननिर्माणं भवनानां वरं गृहम्
Adorned with beautiful, priceless jewel mirrors—indeed, the supreme house among mansions made of priceless jewels.
रत्नसिंहासनस्था च गोपीलक्षैश्च सेविता । कोटिपूर्णेन्दुशोभाढ्या श्वेतचम्पकसंनिभा
Seated on a jewel throne and served by lakhs of gopīs, radiant with the splendor of millions of full moons, resembling white campaka flowers.
अमूल्यरत्ननिर्माणभूषणैश्च विभूषिता । अमूल्यरत्नवसना बिभ्रती रत्नदर्पणम्
Adorned with ornaments made of priceless jewels, wearing garments of priceless jewels, holding a jewel mirror.
रत्नपद्मं च रुचिरं सव्यदक्षिणहस्ततः । दाडिम्बकुसुमाकारं सिन्दूरं सुमनोहरम्
Holding a beautiful jewel lotus in her left and right hands, and charming vermilion shaped like a pomegranate blossom.
सुशोभितं सृगमदैरिष्टैश्चन्दनबिन्दुभिः । दधती कबरीभारं मालतीमल्यमण्डितम्
Splendid with desired musk and sandalwood dots, bearing a mass of hair adorned with a garland of jasmine flowers.
रचितं वामभगेन मुनीन्द्राणां मनोहरम् । एवंभूतं (ता) तत्र राधा गोपीभिः परिसेविता
Arranged on her left side, enchanting even the sages; thus, Rādhā is attended there by the gopīs.
श्वेतचामरहस्ताभिस्तत्तुल्याभिश्च सर्वतः । अमूल्यरत्ननिर्माणैर्भूषिताभिश्च भूषणैः
Surrounded on all sides by attendants holding white yak-tail fans, adorned with ornaments crafted from priceless jewels.
मत्प्राणाधिष्ठातृदेवी देवीनां प्रवरा वरा । सुदाम्नः सा च शापेन वृषभानसुताऽधुना
The goddess who presides over my life, foremost among goddesses, is now, by the curse, the daughter of Vṛṣabhānu, Sudāmā.
शताब्दिको हि विच्छेदो भविष्यति मया सह । तेन भारावतरणं करिष्यसि भुवः पितः
There will be a separation of a hundred years between us; through this, you will accomplish the alleviation of the earth’s burden, O father.
तदा यास्यामि गोलोकं तया सार्धं सुनिश्चतम् । त्वया यशोदया चाऽपि गोबैर्गोपीभिरेव च
Then, with her, I will certainly depart for Goloka, along with you, Yaśodā, the cows, and the cowherd women.
वृषभानेन तत्पत्न्या कलावत्या च बान्धवैः । एवं च नन्दं सानन्दं यशोदां कथयिष्यसि
With Vṛṣabhānu, his wife Kalāvatī, and their relatives, you will thus tell Nanda and Yaśodā, bringing them joy.
त्यज शोक्रं महाभाग व्रजैः सार्धं व्रजं व्रज । अहमात्मा च साक्षी च निर्लिप्तः सर्वजीविषु
Abandon sorrow, O greatly fortunate one; go to Vraja with the people of Vraja. I am the Self, the witness, untouched, abiding in all living beings.
जीवो मत्प्रतिबिम्बश्च इत्येवं सर्वसंमतम् । प्रकृतिर्मद्विकारा च साऽप्यहं प्रकृतिः स्वयम्
The soul is my reflection—this is universally accepted. Prakṛti is my transformation; she too is myself, Prakṛti by her own nature.
यथा दुग्धे च धावल्यं न तर्योर्भैद एव च । यथा जले तथा शैत्यं यथा वह्नौ च दाहिका
Just as whiteness exists in milk without distinction between the two, just as coolness is in water, and heat in fire.
यथाऽऽकाशे तथा शब्दो भूमौ गन्धो यथा नृप । यथा शोभा च चन्द्रे च यथा दिनकरे प्रभा
Just as sound is in space, fragrance in earth, beauty in the moon, and radiance in the sun.
यथा दीवस्तथाऽऽत्माहं तथैव राधया सह । त्यज त्वं गोपिकाबुद्धिं राधायां मयि पुत्रताम्
Just as a lamp is light, so am I the Self, together with Rādhā. Abandon the notion of the gopīs in Rādhā; see me as your son.
अहं सर्वस्य प्रभावः सा च प्रकृतिनीश्वरी । श्रूयतां नन्द सानन्दं मद्विभूतिं सुखावहाम्
I am the source of all; she is the sovereign of Prakṛti. Listen, Nanda, with joy, to my wondrous, bliss-giving manifestations.
पुरा या कथिता तात ब्रह्मणे व्यक्तजन्मने । कृष्णोऽहं देवतानां च गोलोके द्विभुजः स्वयम्
What was formerly told, O father, to Brahmā at the time of his birth: I am Kṛṣṇa, two-armed, among the gods in Goloka, by my own nature.
चतुर्भुजोऽहं वैकुण्ठे शिवलोके शिवः स्वयम् । ब्रह्मलोके च ब्रह्माऽहं सूयस्तेजस्विनामहम्
I am four-armed in Vaikuṇṭha, Shiva himself in Shiva's realm, Brahmā in Brahmā's world, and the radiant sun among the shining ones.
पवित्राणामहं वह्निर्जलमेव द्रवेषु च । इन्द्रियाणां मनश्चास्मि समीरः शीघ्रगामिनाम्
Among the pure, I am fire; among liquids, water. Among the senses, I am the mind; among swift-moving things, I am the wind.
