By your own portion, you are the daughter of the river Sindhu, and in the ocean of milk, you reside on Vishnu's chest; by my own portion in creation, I am Brahma, Vishnu, and Maheshvara.

With you, I am capable; without you, I am not able to burn; I am the sun among the radiant, and by my portion, you are the light-giver.

These take form, these take the form of devotion, and dwell in embodied beings as the very form of the body; you are always my support, and I am your very self—thus we are mutually so.
Just as you and I are thus, we are both Nature and Spirit; O goddess, without either one of the two, creation could not exist.
