उवाच राधिकां कृष्णो वृषभानुगृहं व्रज
Krishna said to Radhika, 'Go to the house of Vrishabhanu.'
अहं यास्यामि मथुरां वसुदेवालयं प्रिये
'Dearest, I will go to Mathura, to the house of Vasudeva.'
राधा प्रणम्य श्रीकृष्णं रक्तपंकजलोचना
Radha, her eyes red and moist, bowed to Sri Krishna.
स्थायंस्थायं क्वचिद्यांती गत्वागत्वा पुनः पुनः
Pausing again and again, she went, returning repeatedly.
पपौ चक्षुश्चकोराभ्यां निमेषरहिता सती
With eyes unblinking like chakora birds, she drank him in with her gaze.
ततः प्रदक्षिणीकृत्य सप्तधा परमेश्वरी 4.6.

फलं जयंतीयोगस्य सामान्येनैव सांप्रतम्

व्रतं पूजाविधानं च संयमस्य च सांप्रतम्

अरुणोदयवेलायां समुत्थाय परेऽहनि

प्रातःकृत्य संविधाय स्नात्वा संकल्पमाचरेत्

मन्वादिदिवसे प्राप्ते यत्फलं स्नानपूजनैः

तस्यां तिथौ वारिमात्रं पितॄणां यः प्रयच्छति

स्नात्वा नित्यक्रियां कृत्वा निर्माय सूतिकागृहम्

तत्र द्रव्यं बहुविधं नाभिच्छेदनकर्तनम्
