पुरुषाद्वीर्यमुत्पन्नं वीर्यात्सन्ततिरेव च
From the man arises the seed, and from the seed, the lineage continues.
विना देहेन क्वात्मा च क्व शरीरं विनाऽऽत्मना
Without the body, where is the self? And without the self, where is the body?
न कुत्राप्यावयोर्भेदो राधे संसारबीजयोः
O Rādhā, there is nowhere any separation between us, the two seeds of worldly existence.
यथा क्षीरे च धावल्यं दाहिका च हुताशने
Just as whiteness is in milk, and heat is in fire,
धावल्यदुग्धयोरैक्यं दाहिकानलयोर्यथा
So is the unity of whiteness and milk, and of heat and fire.
मया विना त्वं निर्जीवा चादृश्योऽहं त्वया विना
Without me, you are lifeless; and without you, I am invisible.
विना मृदा घटं कर्तुं यथा नालं कुलालकः 4.6.
Just as a potter cannot make a pot without clay,
स्वयमात्मा यथा नित्यस्तथा त्वं प्रकृतिः स्वयम्
As the self is eternal by its own nature, so are you, Prakṛti, by your own nature.
मम प्राणसमा लक्ष्मीवाणी च सर्वमंगला
Lakṣmī, Vāṇī, and all that is auspicious are equal to my very life-breath.
समीपस्था इमे सर्वे सुरा देव्यश्च राधिके
All these gods and goddesses, O Rādhā, are standing nearby.
त्यजाश्रुमोक्षणं राधे भ्रांतिं च निष्फलां सति
Abandon your weeping, Rādhā, and give up this fruitless confusion, O virtuous one.
कलावत्याश्च जठरे मासानां नव सुन्दरि
O beautiful one, nine months passed in the womb of Kalāvatī.
दशमे समनुप्राप्ते त्वमाविर्भव भूतले
When the tenth age arrives, you will appear upon the earth.
वायुनिःसारणे काले कलावत्याः समीपतः
At the time of the wind's expulsion, near Kalavati,
अयोनिसंभवा त्वं च भविता गोकुले सति
You will be born without a womb, in Gokula.
भूमिसंस्पृष्टमात्रं मां गोकुले प्रापयिष्यति
As soon as the earth touches me, it will deliver me to Gokula.
यशोदामंदिरे मां च सानन्दं नन्दनंदनम् 4.6.
In the house of Yashoda, with joy, I and the delight of Nanda will be there.
स्मृतिस्ते भविता काले वरेण मम राधिके
At the proper time, by my boon, you will have remembrance, O Radhika.
त्रिःसप्तशतकोटीभिर्गोपीभिर्गोकुलं व्रज
With three times seven hundred million gopis, go to Gokula.
संस्थाप्य संख्यारहिता गोपीर्गोकुल एव च
Establish countless gopis there in Gokula as well.
अहं गोपाल सुहृदः संस्थाप्यात्रैव राधिके
I will establish the cowherds and friends here, O Radhika.
व्रजे व्रजन्तु क्रीडार्थं मम संगे प्रियात्प्रियाः
Let the beloveds go to Vraja for play, together with me.
इत्येवमुक्त्वा श्रीकृष्णो विरराम च नारद
Having spoken thus, Shri Krishna became silent, O Narada.
ब्रह्मेशशेषधर्माश्च श्रीकृष्णं तं परात्परम्
Brahma, Shiva, Shesha, Dharma, and the rest worshipped Shri Krishna, the Supreme of the supreme.
भक्त्या गोपाश्च गोप्यश्च विरहज्वरकातराः २३८ प्राणाधिकं प्रियं कांतं राधापूर्णमनोरथम्
With devotion, the cowherds and gopis, afflicted by the fever of separation, regarded him as dearer than life, their beloved, the fulfiller of Radha's every wish.
साश्रुपूर्णातिदीनां च दृष्ट्वा राधां भयाकुलाम् 4.6.
Seeing Radha, filled with tears, extremely dejected and overcome by fear,
प्राणाधिके महादेवि स्थिरा भव भयं त्यज
O great goddess, dearest of life, be steadfast; abandon fear.
किं तु ते कथयिष्यामि किंचिदेवास्त्यमंगलम्
But I will tell you—there is a little inauspiciousness.
श्रीदामशापजन्येन कर्मभोगेन सुन्दरि
Because of Shridhama's curse, O beautiful one, and the fruit of karma,
तत्र भारावतरणं पित्रोर्बंधनमोचनम्
There will be the removal of the earth's burden and the liberation of your parents from bondage.
