लम्बोदरो महानादश्चतुर्मूर्तिः सदाशिवः
Lambodara, Mahānāda, Chaturmūrti, and Sadāśiva.
एकपादो द्विपादश्च शूरो वीरश्च षण्मुखः
Ekapāda, Dvipāda, Shūra, Vīra, and Ṣaṇmukha.
सेनानीर्ग्रामणीर्मत्तो मत्तमूषकवाहनः
Senānī, Grāmaṇī, Matta, and Matta-mūṣaka-vāhana.
भङ्यप्रियो गणेशश्च मेघनादो गणेश्वरः
Bhaṅyapriya, Ganeśa, Meghānāda, and Ganeśvara.
श्रीश्च ह्रीश्चैव पुष्टिश्च शान्तिस्तुष्टिः सरस्वती
Śrī, Hrī, Puṣṭi, Śānti, Tuṣṭi, and Sarasvatī.
तीव्रा च ज्वालिनी नन्दा सुयशाः कामरूपिणी
Tīvrā, Jvālinī, Nandā, Suyaśā, and Kāmarūpiṇī.
कामार्त्ता मदजिह्वा च विकटा घूर्णितानना
Kāmārttā, Madajihvā, Vikaṭā, and Ghūrṇitānanā.
विकर्णभ्रुकुटी लज्जा दीर्घघोणा धनुर्धरी
Vikarṇa, Bhrukuṭī, Lajjā, Dīrghaghoṇā, and Dhanurdharī.
लोलाक्षी चपला ऋज्वी दुर्भगा सुभगा शिवा
Lolākṣī, Capalā, Ṛjvī, Durbhagā, Subhagā, and Śivā.
ग्रहन्यासं ततः कुर्याद्ध्यानपूर्वं समाहितः
Then, one should perform the installation of the planets, with meditation and concentration.
कुङ्कुमक्षीररुधिरकुन्दकाञ्चनकंबुभिः
With saffron, milk, blood, jasmine, gold, and water.
हृदयाधो रविं न्यस्य शीर्ष्णि सोमं दृशोः कुजम्
Placing the Sun below the heart, the Moon on the head, Mars on the eyes.
नाभौ शनैश्चरं वक्त्रे राहुं केतुं पदद्वये
Saturn at the navel, Rahu at the mouth, Ketu at both feet.
तारा न्यसेत्ततो ध्यायन्सर्वाभरणभूषिताः
Then, meditating, one should install the stars, adorned with all ornaments.
कण्ठे स्कन्धद्वये पश्चात्कूर्पयोर्मणिबन्धयोः
On the neck, on both shoulders behind, and on the wrists at the joints.
योगिनीन्यासमादध्या द्विशुद्धो हृदये तथा
One should perform the yoginī-nyāsa, and also the double purification at the heart.
पद्मेन्दुकर्णिकामध्ये वर्णशक्तीर्दलेष्वथ
In the center of the lotus's pericarp, the letter-powers are placed on the petals.
अमृता नन्दिनीन्द्राणी त्वीशानी चात्युमा तथा
Amṛtā, Nandinī, Indrāṇī, Īśānī, and Atyumā likewise.
एकपादात्मिकैश्वर्यकारिणी चौषधात्मिका
Ekapādā, the bestower of sovereignty, and the one whose essence is medicinal herbs.
कालिका खेचरी गायत्री घण्टाधारिणी तथा
Kālikā, Khecarī, Gāyatrī, and also the bearer of the bell.
झङ्कारिणी च संज्ञा च टङ्कहस्ता ततः परम्
Jhaṅkāriṇī, Saṃjñā, and then Ṭaṅkahastā thereafter.
डङ्कारी टङ्कारिणी च णामिनी तामसी तथा
Ḍaṅkārī, Ṭaṅkāriṇī, Nāminī, and likewise Tāmasī.
फट्कारिणी च विज्ञेयाः शक्तयो द्वयपन्नगाः
Phaṭkāriṇī is to be known, and the powers are twofold serpents.
रमा च लामिनी चेति षडेताः शक्तयः क्रमात्
Ramā and Lāminī—these six powers in order.
चतस्रो ऽपि तथैव द्वे हाकिनी च क्षमा तथा
Four likewise, then two, Hākinī and Kṣamā as well.
दक्षा दिवामपादान्तं राशीन्मेषादिकान्न्यसेत्
Dakṣā, at the end of the day’s foot, should place the signs beginning with Aries.
वाराणसी कामरूपं नेपालं पौण्ड्रवर्धनम्
Vārāṇasī, Kāmarūpa, Nepāla, Pauṇḍravardhana.
आम्रातकेश्वरैकाम्रं त्रिस्रोतः कामकोष्ठकम्
Āmrātakeśvara, Ekāmra, Trisrota, Kāmakoṣṭhaka.
श्रीपीठं चैकवीरां च जालन्ध्रं मालवं तथा
Śrīpīṭha, Ekavīrā, Jālandhra, and Mālava likewise.
अट्टहासं च विरजं राजवेश्म महापथम्
Aṭṭahāsa, Viraja, Rājaveśma, and Mahāpatha.
