मीढुष्टम इति प्रोक्ता रुद्रा दशमशालगाः
Mīḍhuṣṭama, thus named, the Rudras dwelling in ten shelters.
बृहंश्च वर्षीयां श्चैव वृद्धः समृद्धिना सह
Bṛhan, Varṣīyān, and Vṛddha, together with Samṛddhi.
उर्म्यावस्वन्यरुद्रौ च स्रोतस्यो दिव्य एव च
Urmyā, Vasvan, Anyarudra, Srotasya, and the divine one as well.
मध्यमश्चावगम्यश्च जघन्यश्च घटोद्भव
The middle one, Avagamya, the lowest, and Ghaṭodbhava.
अथ बुध्न्यः सोम्यरुद्रः प्रतिसर्पकयाम्यकौ
Then Budhnya, Somyarudra, Pratisarpaka, and Yāmyaka.
वन्यः कक्ष्यः श्रवश्चैव ततो ऽन्यस्तु प्रतिश्रवः
Vanya, Kakṣya, Śravas, and then another, Pratiśrava.
अवभिन्दश्च वर्मी च वरूथी बिल्मिना सह
Avabhinda, Varmī, Varūthī, together with Bilmina.
द्वादशावरणस्थास्ते महाकाया महाबलाः
These twelve dwell in enclosures, great in form and mighty in strength.
अन्यस्त्विषुधिमानन्यस्तक्ष्णेषुश्च तथा युधि
Another is Viṣudhimān, another Takṣṇeṣu, likewise in battle.
काप्यो नाढ्यस्तथा सूधः सरस्यो विन्ध्यमर्दन
Kāpya, Nāḍhya, Sūdha, Sarasya, and Vindhyamardana.
अवधवर्ष्यो ऽवर्ष्यश्च मेध्यो विद्युत्य एव च
Avadhavarṣya, Avarṣya, Medhya, and Vidyutya as well.
वास्तव्यो वास्तुपश्चैव सोमश्चेति महाबलाः
Vāstavya, Vāstupa, and Soma—these are mighty in strength.
रुद्रस्ताम्रारुणः शङ्गस्तथा पशुपतिर्मुने
O sage, Rudra, Tāmrāruṇa, Śaṅga, and Paśupati are present.
हन्ता चैव हनीयांश्च वृषश्च हरिकेशकः
Also Hantā, Hanīyān, Vṛṣa, and Harikeśaka are there.
पार्यो ऽपार्यः प्रतरणस्तथा चोत्तरणो मुने
Pārya, Apārya, Prataraṇa, and Uttaraṇa, O sage, are likewise present.
चतुर्दशावरणके कथिता रुद्रदेवताः
These Rudra deities have been described in the fourteen enclosures.
प्रपथ्यः किंशिलश्चैव क्षयणस्तदनन्तरम्
Prapathya, Kiṃśila, and then Kṣayaṇa follow after that.
तल्पयो गेह्य स्तथा काट्यो गह्वरेष्ठोरुदीपकः
Talpaya, Gehya, Kāṭya, Gahvareṣṭha, and Urudīpaka are there.
हरीत्यलोथा लोप्याश्च उर्य्यसूर्म्यै तथा मुने
Harītya, Alothā, Lopyā, and Urya, Sūrmya as well, O sage.
अभिघ्ननाशिदुश्चैव प्रखिदन किरिकास्तथा
Abhighnan, Āśidu, Prakhidana, and also Kirikā are present.
वर्तते सायुधाः प्राज्ञ नित्यं पञ्चादशावृतौ
O wise one, these weapon-bearing deities always exist in the fifteenth enclosure.
विक्षिणत्काविचिन्वत्कास्तथा निर्हतनामकाः
Vikṣiṇat, Kāvicinvat, and those named Nirhatana are also there.
इति षोडशशालेषु स्थितै रुद्रैः सहस्रशः
Thus, in the sixteen halls, thousands of Rudras are established.
वर्तते जगतामृद्ध्यै मुक्ताशालेशकोणके
For the prosperity of the worlds, they dwell in the corners of the Mukta hall.
अभक्तांल्लरितादेव्याः प्रत्यूहैर्योजयन्त्यमी
These deities bind the non-devotees of Lalitā Devī with obstacles.
ललितापरमेश्वर्याः सेवामेव वितन्वते
They only perform service to Lalitā Parameśvarī.
शालोमारकताभिख्यश्चतुर्योजनमुच्छ्रितः
The enclosure called Śālomārakata rises to a height of four yojanas.
तत्र श्रीदण्डनाथाया दहनादिविदिग्गताः
There, the attendants of Śrī Daṇḍanātha are situated in the directions, beginning with the east.
गीतिचक्ररथेन्द्रस्य याः पर्वाणि समाश्रिताः
Those who have taken refuge in the festivals of Gīticakraratha's lord are present there.
सर्वाः स्थल्यो मरकतश्रेणिभिः खचिताः शुभाः
All the platforms are auspicious, adorned with rows of emeralds.
