आभीराः सह वैशिक्या अटव्याः सरवाश् च ये पुलिन्दाश् चैव मौलेया वैदर्भा दण्डकैः सह
The Abhiras together with the Vaishikyas, all the forest-dwellers, the Pulindas, the Mauleyas, the Vaidarbhas, along with the Dandakas.
पौलिका मौलिकाश् चैव अश्मका भोजवर्धनाः कौलिकाः कुन्तलाश् चैव दम्भका नीलकालकाः
The Paulikas, the Maulikas, the Ashmakas, the Bhojavardhanas, the Kaulikas, the Kuntalas, the Dambhakas, and the Nilakalakas.
दाक्षिणात्यास् त्व् अमी देशा अपरान्तान् निबोधत शूर्पारकाः कालिधना लोलास् तालकटैः सह
These are the southern regions; now listen to the western lands: the Shurparakas, the Kalidhanas, the Lolas, together with the Talakatais.
इत्य् एते ह्य् अपरान्ताश् च शृणुध्वं विन्ध्यवासिनः मलजाः कर्कशाश् चैव मेलकाश् चोलकैः सह
Thus these are the western peoples; hear also those dwelling in the Vindhya: the Malajas, the Karkashas, the Melakas, together with the Colakas.
