श्वेतं चतुर्भुजं शांतं कुण्डलाद्यैरलंकृतम्
He is white, four-armed, peaceful, adorned with earrings and other ornaments.
पितृवैश्वानरोपेतं कुटिलभ्रूपशोभितम्

शुल्कवर्णं तथाकाशमृष्टिसंघैश्च संस्तुतम्
Of tawny color, and the sky, praised by groups of sages.
शन्नो देवीति पठनाद्गन्धपुष्पादिभिर्यजेत् देवता च भवेच्चाग्निराकाशप्रीतये न्यसेत्
By reciting 'śanno devi', one should worship with fragrance, flowers, and so on; the deity is Agni, and for the pleasure of the sky, one should place.
ध्वजहस्तमहाबाहुं मरुद्भिश्चोपसेवितम्
With a banner in hand, mighty arms, attended by the Maruts.
राजान इति मन्त्रेण पूजयेत्सिततंडुलैः
With the mantra 'rājāna', one should worship with white rice grains.
देवता च भवेद्वायुः प्रीतये तस्य योजयेत् 2.2.11.
The deity is Vāyu; for his pleasure, one should join.
