In the ancient times, seekers gathered to honor the three-eyed Lord, Śiva, whose presence was fragrant and whose grace nourished all beings. With reverence, they offered their worship, recognizing Him as the one who sustains the universe. In their prayers, they spoke of the gentle release of a ripe cucumber from its stalk, longing for such freedom from the bonds of death. Yet, their deepest wish was to never be parted from immortality, seeking eternal union with the divine.
