O vigorous one, grant us that offering, bring us increase at the gathering; let there be nothing that can withstand us.
Whoever, among those who come after, offers praises to Indra the thunderer, I do not find his praise to be in vain.
Like a bull among the herd, advancing with strength among the people, he is the lord, unconquered.
He alone, among men, rules over the treasures; Indra is the lord of the five peoples.
We call upon Indra from every side, from all peoples; let him be ours alone.
O Indra, bring us wealth, victorious, ever-conquering, most abundant for our prosperity.
By whom, with the blow of the fist, we may crush the foes; with your help, let us bring down the adversaries.
Indra, with your help, may we take up the thunderbolt, the crusher; may we conquer and overcome in battle.
With heroes and fighters, O Indra, with you as our ally, may we overcome those who attack us.
Great is Indra, and let his greatness be for the thunderer; the sky cannot match his vast might.
Whether those men seek together for the gain of offspring, or the inspired ones with wisdom—
That belly of his, most eager for Soma, swells like the sea; his broad waters are like the summit.
Thus, his true and splendid speech, rich in cattle and vast, is like a ripened branch for the generous one.
So indeed, your powers and aids, O Indra, are ready at once for the worshipper.
Thus, his praise and hymn, worthy of desire, are for Indra to drink the Soma.
Come, Indra, delighting in the Soma, with all the festivals of Soma, with great strength and power.
With this, pour out the pressed Soma for Indra who delights in it, making all things for the doer.
Rejoice, O fair-jawed Indra, with the hymns, O universal lord, together with these at the offerings.
For you, Indra, we have poured forth songs; to you they have been recited, to the bull, the lord, with devotion.
Urge on the splendid, swift, and excellent one, O Indra, let him be your mighty, all-powerful one.
There, urge us, O Indra, to wealth, to the eager, to the very glorious, to the renowned.
Grant us, O Indra, cattle, horses, wide and great fame; bestow undiminished life on all.
Bestow upon us great fame, abundant might, and wealth of a thousand, O Indra, with your chariot-bearing gifts.
With hymns we praise Indra, the lord of wealth, the ancient one, the singer, the bringer of offerings for aid.
At every pressing, in every dwelling, the mighty one is praised; offer up a strong hymn to Indra.
In all the pressings, they yoke you, the one bull, together and separately, with their own will and effort; like a ship or a raft, we set you in the yoke of praise, O Indra; with hymns, the eager ones call Indra with sacrifices.
The helpers, paired together, have spread you out, O Indra, as the leader of the herd, the releaser of cattle; when the two peoples who seek cattle and light gather, you reveal the mighty, ever-strong weapon, O Indra.
May she, the dawn, accept us; be aware of our hymn, awake to our offering, O bringer of light, with our oblations; when, Indra, you, the bull, the wielder of the bolt, are intent to slay the foe, hear my newest song, O wise one.
To you, O hero, are these pressings; for you I make all the hymns that increase you; you are to be invoked by men in every way.
Even those who think themselves strong do not attain your greatness, O mighty one; your manliness, Indra, nor your bounty.
